“I am not from this area and stopped in on 6/7/24 with a big order. There were 3 "issues" which I do not feel the need to mention specifics because a young man corrected each one with me not even having to ask/suggest. Sadly I did not get his name (about 6', white, glasses) but because he went above and beyond I felt the need to come leave him a glowing review!“

“I personally love this Starbucks location. I've found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. I think this is the only location where I'm consistently greeted by someone. The interior is spacious with plenty of tables and a nice selection of comfortable chairs--great for studying, work, or conversation. A great spot to visit.“

“I’m a regular at this location and stopped by early in the morning to get a Bear cup for my girl. The team let us know they hadn’t received any additional cups since launch.

While I was there, a man and his pregnant wife became extremely aggressive and started cornering and harassing the manager over the cups being sold out. It was uncomfortable to watch, and honestly, I was worried for the manager’s safety because of how hostile the situation got. Who even makes their pregnant wife wait outside in the cold?

Even though they were dealing with that, the staff still stayed calm, professional, and friendly. They made sure everyone else was helped and still got my coffee out quickly before I went in for work.“

This has become my go-to spot in the mornings and even after work. The customer service is consistently excellent, and the staff is friendly, professional, and welcoming. The team creates a warm and inviting atmosphere that makes every visit enjoyable.

The drinks are well prepared, and the environment is clean, comfortable, and relaxing. It’s a great place to sit inside or outside, whether you want to study, unwind, or simply enjoy your coffee. There is plenty of space, and the overall experience is always positive.

“Knowing the area, I’m appreciative that the staff makes an effort to keep the location clean and inviting for guests. The restroom is clean, and food and drinks are served fast.

Please, these are baristas, not machines. If you don't like long wait times, don't contribute by ordering unessesary drinks. “I go here all the time since it’s near my work. The are always staffed up, and their manager makes them greet customers, which is nice I guess. Employees aren’t too happy though. It’s always busy, especially with it being right off the Highway 92; Industrial Blvd Exit. They now have some board games available on the table.“

“Here to review the service. We already know starbucks food standard. Churro was the best! Not the dessert but the staff! Just called to inform them that the standard matcha latte I got was too bitter, no sweetness at all. He explained that they just got a new supply of matcha and needed more training for it. I honestly didnt mind it all and understood the situation, was not expecting anything. But Churro made sure I get a replacement and an extra gift!!! Great service and love for customers!“

“During my recent visit to the Starbucks on campus, I encountered a few hiccups that I'd like to share. As a fellow student, I understand the learning curve that comes with any job, and I appreciate the efforts of the staff.While I was eager to try the pink drink, unfortunately, it wasn't available when I ordered, and there were no other strawberry-flavored options in stock. Though disappointed, I know these things happen, especially in a busy environment like a campus Starbucks.Opting for a frappe instead, I found it to be a bit too chocolatey for my taste and was not impressed. Additionally, the shortage of straws led to a minor inconvenience, with only a spoon offered as an alternative. However, I must commend the staff for their quick thinking in finding a solution. I had no choice but to smile and walkaway with my drink at hand. Another person in the store apologized, and I overheard him telling the server to tell the customers that there are no more straws before handing them a drink with no straw. Which is a simple and brilliant idea. Again, it shows that everyone is learning and we can’t be mad at that.Despite these challenges, I want to emphasize that I understand everyone is doing their best, and I appreciate their efforts. While I may not rush back before class for another coffee, I recognize that Starbucks remains a convenient option for those in need of a caffeine boost on campus. Keep up the good work, and thank you for your dedication.“
