“My favorite coffee store ever. It was my morning routine last year, the coffee was best, service was good, staffs were nice. I met so many good people in the community. Then I moved, every morning I go to a different coffee store, no coffee ever tasted the same.“

“I go to this Starbucks whenever I am in this part of Hayward shopping. It is always a good experience and the atmosphere is great. It appears that they recently remodeled it some and added a lot more seating both inside and outside. It definitely looks better. As usual, the customer service is very good here as well . I had the new Aericano drink and it was excellent.“

“Location is cool and vibe is nice given the right circumstances. I would say this is more of a loud party vibe type Starbucks so if you’re coming with friends then can be fun but if you’re going to go sit down with a book, write or study….its not the right location for that.“

“I personally love this Starbucks location. I've found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. I think this is the only location where I'm consistently greeted by someone. The interior is spacious with plenty of tables and a nice selection of comfortable chairs--great for studying, work, or conversation. A great spot to visit.“

“If you get anything other than coffee, your opinion is invalid. I'm sorry, but people who don't get coffee drinks are always the most entitled and inpatient. Please, these are baristas, not machines. If you don't like long wait times, don't contribute by ordering unessesary drinks. “Although it’s a little tough to find parking at this location due to all the other surrounding stores, it is completely worth it! Staff is very friendly and kind, I ordered on the app and my drink was ready by the time I arrived. There are chairs and tables outside to sit to enjoy the sun.

“During my recent visit to the Starbucks on campus, I encountered a few hiccups that I'd like to share. As a fellow student, I understand the learning curve that comes with any job, and I appreciate the efforts of the staff.While I was eager to try the pink drink, unfortunately, it wasn't available when I ordered, and there were no other strawberry-flavored options in stock. Though disappointed, I know these things happen, especially in a busy environment like a campus Starbucks.Opting for a frappe instead, I found it to be a bit too chocolatey for my taste and was not impressed. Additionally, the shortage of straws led to a minor inconvenience, with only a spoon offered as an alternative. However, I must commend the staff for their quick thinking in finding a solution. I had no choice but to smile and walkaway with my drink at hand. Another person in the store apologized, and I overheard him telling the server to tell the customers that there are no more straws before handing them a drink with no straw. Which is a simple and brilliant idea. Again, it shows that everyone is learning and we can’t be mad at that.Despite these challenges, I want to emphasize that I understand everyone is doing their best, and I appreciate their efforts. While I may not rush back before class for another coffee, I recognize that Starbucks remains a convenient option for those in need of a caffeine boost on campus. Keep up the good work, and thank you for your dedication.“

“Knowing the area, I’m appreciative that the staff makes an effort to keep the location clean and inviting for guests. The restroom is clean, and food and drinks are served fast.

“I go here all the time since it’s near my work. The are always staffed up, and their manager makes them greet customers, which is nice I guess. Employees aren’t too happy though. It’s always busy, especially with it being right off the Highway 92; Industrial Blvd Exit. They now have some board games available on the table.“

The very sweet and pleasant Barista Anisa was so pleasant and her general energy, smile and all around naturally personable interaction was impressive and gave me a great vibe for the rest of my day. Just a friendly and beautiful human being that made me feel a little happier then I was when I arrived. She made.it a positive experience. She made being a Barista seem like a fun day in a coffee shop rather than work. She somehow just eluded this positive and confidence i.feel is so rare.nowadays and that's so refreshing.
