“I wanted to share how impressed I was with the service I received this evening. I accidentally placed the wrong order, and despite it being the end of the day and the barista being visibly tired, they were incredibly kind and patient. They cancelled my mistake and replaced it with the correct drink immediately without charging me extra. It was a wonderful gesture that truly turned my day around!“

“Stopped by this Starbucks and had a pretty good experience. The coffee was tasty and well made, and the service was quick. It wasn’t too crowded, so it was easy to order and wait. Nice spot if you want something quick or just sit and relax for a bit.“

“This starbucks is inside the Target of Livermore. Sometimes when I come here, my shopping can take an hour or so and having a starbucks coffee, or frappe can make the whole thing a lot better and pleasurable. Most of the times I go there is really never a long line. The staff are very friendly and nice and their service is very quick!“

“I enjoyed this Starbucks. It wasn't overly crowded, the bathrooms were clean, and the team was fast at preparing my order. I ordered on the app just before getting to the store, used the restroom, and my order was out by the time I was done. The drink was made as I expected and the food I ordered was good. “At this location they usually always take way longer. Even when it’s visibly not busy. My order is almost always made wrong and especially when it comes to the extra add-ons that are extra $$ they just don’t do it. They do a poorly executed job.“

“I recently had a great experience with this location, even though they missed the cold foam on my drink. The employees were so sweet and had smiles on their faces, it looked like they were having fun in the midst of chaos given the line to the door. When I let the associates know what happened with the cold foam, a shift manager named Daniel helped make the situation right and even gave me an extra mini cup of cold foam that he had left over from making too much. He was very professional and understanding. The store was quite busy but despite that they seemed to have their things together and managed the busy environment well. I would recommend this store with the sweetest workers :)“
