“Wow this place knocked it out of the park! The menu is laid out well so you can build your own item and flavors. All the ingredients are fresh, sauces are on point, and each hummus is so good! I really liked the shawarma chicken too - not rubbery or hard. I also ordered a pita and it was very fluffy!“

“From the moment you walk in on a night that isn’t busy you are greeted with a friendly staff and kitchen. Hasari was our waiter and he did an incredible servicing us. He showed up certain types of fresh fish on display, hummus and recommended us what’s good on the menu. The complementary bread was served hot, fish was delicious and meats were flavorful. It really made it feel like I was in Mediterranean or Turkey with nice music, decor, Turkish tea and delights! A MUST TRY IN DUBLIN!“

“A friend took me to this place as he loves Indian and Mediterranean food. I have been hooked since. I typically get one of the larger plates. The lamb schwarma is great. It's tasty, comes with salad, rice, pita bread etc. I also tried the iskander schwarma which was more of a tomato infused schwarma. Pretty good too. There are some desserts as well like baklava and Turkish delights. I tried both and they are quite decent. If you love Mediterranean food you'll love this place. Reasonable prices too.“

“Jamshid, manager of TKS San Ramon, has the greatest food, pleasant staff, and an enjoyable place to dine with your family and friends. The chicken shawarma and beef lamb are very appetizing and delicious. His staff always is very accurate with portion size and never overcooks the food. It is so tasty that you want to go back the next day for dinner again. His staff is friendly, helpful, and quick with their service, and the food is presented beautifully with accuracy in what is ordered. Lastly, the dining area is very clean, well-lit, spacious, and organized to serve customers at any time of the day. The bathrooms are sparkling clean every time we use it.

“On our pickup order, I specified Add Utensils. At the park, we checked the bag and guess what, no utensils! 🤦🏻‍♂️ That's like forgetting part of the order. Luckily, we have extra in our car. Do better. I wouldn't post this if we went home.

“Clean restaurant. Falafel was great crispy outside fresh herbs inside. Shawarma was good. Lentil soup good. Baba ghanoush was delightfully smoky. Alameda sodas at the fountain (which I like). Hummus tasty. Much, much better than I expected in a sad little strip mall.“

“Amazing service and delicious food! Added chicken to my seasonal vegetable kabob. It was perfect! Tender, flavorful and truly a delight. The cocktail was well balanced and complimented my meal perfectly.
Salad was not as well balanced as I like but that’s a small complaint. Service was exceptional, Edward was an outstanding.

Lately their prices have gone up a quite a bit, especially they were on the high side to begin with.

“Recently, we had family over and decided to oder from The Great Greek in San Ramon. The total order was over $350. I had some specific requests for my order and called the restaurant directly to make sure they knew exactly what I was trying to order.
The young man who that took my order was patient, attentive and understood what I wanted. The order was prepared exactly as I had requested. The meats and shrimp cooked just right and the rest of the order was perfect. I have to praise the person who took my order and the cook that prepared the meal. Everything went smoothly and one of them even helped me to bring my order to the car. This is not the first time I ordered or dined at The Great Greek and certainly recommended the restaurant to anyone who wants to experience Greek food, it's great. Thank you!“

“Awesome, had the falafel gyro. It was very delicious. Crispy on the outside tasty and moist on the inside. If your looking for a meat substitute than the falafel is just the thing.�“

“Nick the Greek is tucked away in the Whole Foods Mowry Plaza and has good food for the price (4.4/5). Their falafel is fried nicely, and is soft on the inside. Put into a gyro bowl it all comes together well. However their garlic fries were a little soggy. The service staff is fast and attentive, and our waiter Vannya was helpful (4.4/5).“

“I will say, this food changed my life! I had never had Afghani food before and this was such a good introduction to the food! I loved everything I ate. What I don't like so much is that is that it's cash only and the plates are quite pricey. When we handed over the cash we didn't get the remainder back- he just automatically took what was left over and put it in the tip jar with out asking. I was going to take my change (some dollars and coins?) and leave a bigger tip but since they just kept it with out asking we just left it at that.“
