“I’m beyond impressed! The staff and chefs were so pleasant and helpful. While a dish costs a little more than average, it was a huge portion of very fresh and flavorful food. I got the shrimp plate and my boyfriend got chicken shawarma and an additional kofta skewer. Mine came with hummus, pita, a salad, rice and shrimp. Beautiful presentation! The chicken came with yogurt, salad, and a ton of chicken. Great atmosphere- families and couples with bright windows in front and nice Arabic music. “I’ve been to this falafel spot many times on the recommendation of friends, and I’ve always sent others there. Until today, the service and food were exceptional—top quality every visit. However, today was different. There was a new cook wearing a white t-shirt and black hat, and my chicken shawarma was off. I got mostly cold veggies at first, and the chicken, when it came, was undercooked. Compared to my wife’s, it was missing that care and balance. Please have a sit-down conversation with the staff—this was not the standard I expect.“

The food was fresh and delicious. The serving size were modest, and the prices were average for an upscale restaurant.“

- The accompanied shoestring potatoes were literally potato chips in shoestring format; really didn't pair well with the steak. Some veggies or polenta would have been much better.
- The key lime cheesecake was fine but not particularly tangy or memorable.
- Ow the lunch pricing. $60 after tax and tip for the steak entree + dessert (no drink), but this *is* in a hotel, so I wasn't terribly surprised.“

“This was our first time trying World Wrapps, and it definitely won't be our last. From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming and friendly, and the overall service stood out. Our food came out quickly, which was a huge plus.

My son ordered the Caesar salad and the Caesar wrap, and both were very tasty. He mentioned the wrap had great flavor, the chicken was well seasoned, the croutons were crunchy and flavorful, and the wrap itself was soft and fresh without being overly hot or soggy.

I ordered the furikake salmon bowl, and it was absolutely delicious. The sauce really brought everything together, it was flavorful and brought the dish together. The sushi rice had the perfect texture and tasted great, and the salmon paired really well with all the components. It was one of those meals where every bite just works.

What also stood out was the attentiveness of the staff, they checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed, which made the experience even better, and picked up our trays when we were finished.
