Mangal Mediterranean bar & grill has new owners and a menu shifted from Turkish to Iranian Persian food such as kebabs, Zereshk Polo and Torshi. The place has free bread, traditional Turkish bread that is huge and a nice way to compliment the meal. Popular dishes include Cheese Pide, Lahmacun, Beyti Kabob, Chicken Shish Kebab, Kazandibi, Pacanga Boregi, Marinated Tiger Prawns, Marinated Chicken Wings, Marinated Chicken Thigh Shish, Beef Liver, Dry Beef Spicy Sausage, Lamb Chops, Lamb Fillet Mignon Shish Kabob, Lamb Steak, Kofte Kabob and Milk Pudding. The food is described as fresh, warm, super flavorful, juicy, tender, crispy, light and refreshing. Rice, appetizers and the combination plate are also praised for great taste. Service is perfect, staff very helpful, attentive and kind. The interior is huge with plenty of seats, portions are not big but quality and flavor are great. Charcoal bbq cooking gives balanced fresh flavors and the Iskander dish is especially recommended.
