This successful establishment has been at this location since the 90s. The food is fine. But… just look at the photos I posted from tonight. You would think this is just some hole in the wall in a village in a very poor country and the owners are barely scraping by so they cannot afford any cosmetic improvements - even ones that would make the place cleaner.
