Planned a “Girls Trip” to San Francisco and arriving late in the evening. I knew we’d be hungry and wasn’t sure what would be open and didn’t want fast food. So I pre ordered their “To Go Box” Raquel was absolutely helpful and professional when corresponding to my inquiries. Had it delivered directly to the hotel and it was waiting at the front desk (refrigerated in the back) when we arrived. Really great Mother's Day 'Brunch' (brunch and lunch menus available concurrently on special occasions -I think). Staff professional, attentive but not hovering. Good music on P.A., all menu selections by our party were excellent! Had Lobster Benedict (two of us ordered that); other two had Chateau Breakfast; I ordered Avo toast appetizer - excellent iteration of this treat. My husband and I recently came here to celebrate getting married. We arrived at 10:45am on last Saturday. Our waiter was great, but we unfortunately cannot remember his name (and we wrote it down smh.) nevertheless, the service was great, the food was great, and the environment was such a chill vibe. Will be back!
