This is the best breakfast place ever. I go with my dad and I love it so much. My favorite part is chocolate chip pancakes.
Server an older man was very rude on several occasions to our party of 9. We gathered for breakfast that morning before one of our closest friends memorial.
So it's the second time in as many weeks as I've eaten here. Came here many many years ago and remember it as being yummy. As of today, potatoes need something more than what they have. They are cut FAR too LARGE so that some of them are completely uncooked, I assumed it was a one-time thing which is why I came here again. But it was the same. Millies American Kitchen is a cozy, family owned local go-to for a great breakfast. The homey feel and cosy atmosphere are full of care, with a friendly, fun, and laid-back vibe. The wonderful staff are cheerful, patient, prompt, and go out of their way to make guests happy. The menu features items like Mexicali scramble, Chilaquiles, huevos rancheros, a perfect Mexicali burger, and a good benedict. The famous Millie's coffee cake is heavenly, as good as it gets, and often served complimentary. The ice tea is delish, served in a giant Mason jar. Service is fast and thoughtful. Outdoor seating is comfy and dog friendly. This local institution is a great place to chat with neighbors, with longtime regular customers and newbies alike.
