Their meats are smoked and not sauced unless specified, but they offer a standard and a spicy sauce that you can add, if so desired. We had a brisket sandwich and a Santa Maria tri-tip salad (yes, a salad at a barbecue joint). They use a bun with their sandwiches that's both firm and tender at the same time, and I find It ideal for bbq sandwiches. Great BBQ - wife had brisket which was fantastic, both had Burnt ends also excellent and I had the ribs which had great smoke but not too much. Sides - loved the Mac and cheese as well as the slaw. I will pass next time on the beans - more of a Texas pinto beans style. Service was great we will be back !!!
Came in for the first time wondering if there was anything gluten free and… THERE IS! I had the delicious brisket, potato salad and a baked potato! (Not by myself lol). All delicious and our cashier was outstanding answering all my gluten free questions too!! So nice! Will definitely be back again and I’m so happy to have you guys in por community!!!!
