I’m a pizza fanatic and this is hands down the best pizza I’ve ever had. Better then anything in NY and Connecticut (Pepe’s, Sally’s). The Brazilian was next level pizza
Love. This. Pizza.
The crust here is a work of art. There is a lightness to it yet it's full of flavor from the wheat and the fermentation. Crunch and some beautiful light charring yet a good chew as well. Crucially, it is very easy on the stomach.
Had the veggie pie, was just fantastic, all of the ingredients are quality. One pie feeds two people well.
The tomato sauce is in splotches instead of a layer on the whole pie, yet it works great this way.
