I’ll keep coming back for those chicken katsu 💯
Hate to make this review. My family and I were loyal customers the day we found this place. Whether it was food for there or for to go, the food was always fresh, tasty, good amount of portions on what we ordered. These past two times we’ve been nothing but disappointed. First time we just thought it was because it was ordered before closing time but this second time was not before closing and we were not happy with the meals. Frannie's Restaurant | Chinese is a place that hits on price, portions, and taste. The food is tasty and fresh, with huge portions. Meals like Mongolian Beef, Sesame Chicken, Kung Pao Chicken, Sweet an sour ribs, salt and pepper fish, and combo chow mein are delicious. The amount of food per serve is surprisingly huge, and meals come with soup and choice of chow mein or fried rice. The restaurant is comparably clean, with friendly waiters and waitresses. Interior upgrades make it brighter and more appealing. Service is usually excellent and quick, though one visit had terrible service with no check-ins and delays for boxes and the bill. No delivery is available. It is worth a try to become a repeat customer.
