Small, lively, casual coffee and brunch spot with both indoor and outdoor seating.

The menu leans heavily toward Mexican fare. Recommended drinks: dulce de leche coffee and the Mexican mocha. For brunch, the chilaquiles and huevos rancheros were solid choices.

They also sell mini conchas shaped like little turtles, which I thought was a really cute touch: only about $2 each.

Service was fast and efficient. You order and pay at the counter before seating.“

- Delicious drinks, both caffeinated and fruit based spritzers. Unique combinations and it is hard to go wrong with whatever drink you order. Lots of vegan options.

- The glasses they come in are cute and fancy. The owner spends extra money to source oat-based to-go cups that you can actually eat! Or just compost. The cups can keep the beverage for 40 minutes before it starts to dissolve. It tastes like a sugar-free ice cream cone :-) Try it!

“After a long hot day I am craving for something refreshing and all I can think was a banana matcha. Almost 7:00 p.m. so I did not want coffee, and I thought I would try this place because my friend told me that she loves banana matcha from here.

And then when I went to the register I actually seen a sign that says purple sticky rice avocado and I was very intrigued and I asked what it was and the service was really well and friendly and informed me that it's like a dessert.

I didn't ask if I can have my banana matcha with purple sticky rice inside and of course they checked and they were able to make it for me and it is additional $1.50 which is worth it because it was actually really good.

The sticky rice is chewy and it feels like you are chewing on some sticky rice and it wasn't sweet which I really like it was just rice taste. Also for my matcha I was able to customize with oat milk instead of regular milk. Also I was able to take out the sweetener inside of the matcha. The banana cream top come standard which I really do love. The banana cream top actually tasted a little bit of artificial banana instead of real banana but it was actually okay and it wasn't too artificial.

Overall I am so glad I got to experience a drink with sticky rice and I am a big fan now. I also like the matcha they use it is great quality and I'm not sure what brand but it tasted good. I would like to come back and try other drinks with more sticky rice inside. They also have some waffle here which I am looking and maybe we'll try in the near future. “There is a good variety to choose from, many from famous latin america countries well known for their high quality coffee: guatemala, columbia, el salvador, brazil, costa rica, ecuador… I had a good time talking with Guillermo, a gentle and very nice gentleman. Can’t wait until their official coffee shop opens, which is soon in the later part of 2026.

“We started coming to this location because South Sac was too far to drive. I'm so glad they have one in Elk Grove. Not only do they offer all the drinks, but really good service as well. They will give you recommendations based on what you like. We usually order #10 with taro and one of the Halo Halo's. Although you pay $9.50 for Halo Halo, they're not skimpy with their toppings, so I think it's worth it. But the drinks could be a slightly bigger size. $6-7 a drink is pretty pricey for the size they give you. But because of the good service I still give them a 5. “Sit Lo keeps it simple—they specialize in pho and do it well. The beef bone broth simmers for 72 hours, and you can taste that effort. It’s clear, flavorful, and made the traditional way with properly prepped bones.

The fresh rice noodles are a nice touch (though you can swap for the thinner kind if you prefer). Meat portions are cut thoughtfully to match the broth. Nothing fancy, just solid execution across the board.

Adolfo is simply amazing. I am always greeted by name, and he remembers my order by heart—it means a lot to have people who care that much in customer service.

Lorenzo (Zo) is also an amazing employee. He is always very happy and genuinely asks how my day is going-also knows my order!

“I typically go to a different store for coffee, but they’ve made changes and I decided to try a new spot. Everything I ordered was quite good (list at bottom), the price itself was comparable to other options; although the pastries were a bit pricey. Likely due to the special collaboration they do on weekends (independent bakery). They have rotating menus and great options (never seen hojicha with its own list!) and interesting flavors. The store is set up quite well, and they even roast their own beans! Overall, I’d come back.. I do wish they give a large option though.

“I come to this location once a week since it's been open so it's safe to say I come here a lot. I barely ever review but I saw SO MANY bad reviews that I felt were unfair. I come at 630 in the morning and it's my first interaction of the day. This place and the AM staff is amazing! The only thing is they often forget the extra caramel crunchies that I order and it's annoying to have to ask for especially when I order ahead because I am on the go. But other than that my drinks are always tasty and spot on. The staff is great and welcoming, even at 6am! I will continue to bring my business here as long as I live in this area.“

Has a kiosk you can use to order as well. Plenty of seatings alongside the wall. There's plenty of parking outside the lot as well so it's a plus.“
