Literally my cafeteria for 4 years of undergrad there. What can be better than rice noodle, broth and brisket there after a full day of class and gym? My most favorite restaurant forever❤
Don't come here. Food is great. Service is great. Tell no one.
This place has easily become my favorite pho spot. The staff is nice, they keep the restaurant clean, and the pho is the best I’ve had in the Sacramento area.
