This location is always dark and gloomy inside. They really need to stop being cheap and turn on some lights. The staff always look miserable and move so slowly. The food is the same as what I have any location. The service and ambience need to improve the most here, in my opinion.

Chipotle Mexican Grill offers generous portion sizes and quick service. The dining area and restrooms are clean and well-maintained. The food is consistently great, with a short wait time, and the staff is caring and attentive. Despite occasional busyness, the restaurant provides a reliable dining experience. However, some customers have experienced issues such as not receiving extra rice with their order or their kids quesadilla with barbacoa not having cheese, which is unusual since cheese is a key ingredient. During peak times, the line can be very long, so ordering online at least an hour in advance is recommended. Occasionally, the atmosphere may feel tired or less welcoming, especially close to closing time, and some items like chips can be stale, but overall, the food still hits the spot.
