If I could give this place a zero I could. Do not order from this place!!!!!! I got sick the day after eating from there. I think I have COVID but I know for sure that I have a cold and the flu. The service took way too long to find my onlin order as well. Will never ever go to another WingStop again!!!

I placed my order online for pickup. When I got there the food was not ready and the cashier told me they were working on my order. Waited another 20 minutes and still food was not ready and the cashier said the same thing thta they were working on my order.I got my food at 6:10pm and when asked why it took so long, the cashier answered very rude that they were busy it was a long wait. I do not recommend this place.

Placed order under my husbands name with my phone number and used my credit card to pay so he wouldn't have any issues when he picked it up. I couldn't pick up this time. Cashier was trying to enforce a sign they taped on the wall that most customers wouldn't even notice. It says that credit card needs to be presented to cashier for on line orders. I have never noticed that sign and it was never enforced on me when I picked up my order and never saw them enforce it on anyone else....read full review
