I had the Chile Verde plate for the second time and I hope to make it a third time soon. We think the food it good and worth returning for biweekly. The seating area in the Taqueria feels clean but the bathrooms could be cleaner. Also the hallway feels like a storage place and doesn't seem clean enough. The food is good enough to come back for but it would be nice to maintain a clean appearance in places the clients use too.

“Ok so I've been coming to Savi pretty much every week now and I'm not even sorry about it. Everything is hella fresh. I always get the burrito bowl with carne asada, and they load it up with the corn salsa, pickled onions, pico, the works. It's honestly my go-to in Elk Grove when I want a burrito bowl, and I don't really look anywhere else anymore.

The quesabirria tacos are the other reason I keep showing up. Crispy, cheesy, and the meat is super tender. The consomé is legit too. I ruined a shirt dunking one last time and would do it again. I'm just happy Elk Grove finally has a good quesabirria spot, because I used to have to drive way farther for it.

Anyway, 5 stars. Go get the tacos and a bowl and thank me later.“

“Supporting local businesses is important to me, especially in this economy. I was craving a breakfast burrito and happened to come across Rafa's. Despite being a rainy and windy day, they were open and happily took my order. Given that the food is prepared in a truck, I appreciate that they're still willing to be open despite the bad weather. The burrito was ready in minutes and was absolutely delicious. The lady who took my order was extremely pleasant and patient as she took my order and allowed me to make substitutions.

Hands down one of the best breakfast burritos I've had. I encourage everyone to support local businesses and give Rafa's a try. You won't be disappointed.“
