“I usually love Habit, but my experience today was the worst I have had. It was busy and there was no one at the register so they were asking all customers to use the kiosk. I had cash so I was told it would be a second before someone could help me. Other people were also I line. After about 10 minutes and I and other people asking for a cashier. The person putting the orders together took my order. Now I noticed after handling my money she went right back to handling food orders and didn't wash her hands. Same no washing hands from other employees handling money and touching food to make orders. It took 30 minutes before I got my order. After getting home the burgers were not just over cooked but burnt and dry. The cook should have never let this hockey puck burgers be served to customers. I guess they figured all the germs would be killed if over cooked. I would have taken them back, but hungry family members just wanted to eat. Will I give them another chance, yes but I'm looking at my burger before I leave.“

“Got the Madlove burger and Hot Honey Crispy Chicken Sandwich, both with bottomless fries. Also got a couple beers. Server was great, she brought out a couple refills of fries and more sauces. Manager came by and said hey like they do here, he was nice too. Love the steak fries.“

“Jayden was our serve and she was extremely friendly and swift. She made our first experience here one to remember! Servers like her are hard to come by. The food is also out of this world amazing and at an extremely reasonable price! We started with a starter to share, got two entrees and coffee. For all of that it was under $40 😱This is now our favorite place to eat.“

“Was there for lunch with family. The music playing was very loud. Asked waiter if it can be turned down. They were told by management they cannot turn it down even if customers ask. Management said customers will need to get use to it. A half hour later music was turned down. I am sure others complained. It is fine loud around happy hour if they want, but not a lunch 11 am. Could not hear people talking at your own table. Not professional.“

“This location is very quiet and a very cozy place to eat and relax for brunch. I went through there drive through for my order. Its my usual location that I choose to go to because I don't have no issues with my food. I don't have issues with customer service here. I don't have issues with the restroom either. Always a great conversation with the customer service at the drive thru window. No it doesn't have children play area, but it is children and disable friendly.“

“Came in on Thursday morning. It was busy. The whole staff had such amazing customer service. Manager helping seat and take out food. Everything was great. Food was delicious. Erick is one heck of a server. IHOP made a great hire with him! Definitely returning!“
