“I have been a customer since 1958 and have never been disappointed. Today April 22 2023 my son in law Tony visiting from Georgia brought a burger and fries to me since I've been sick. Eat your heart out McDs Burger King and all others, lou's has you all beat. Keep it going another 7 decades.“

They also keep the bathroom locked and you have to request a key. Why keep it locked up when you let it sit in that state of disrepair? “My boyfriend and i went in early evening today and sat at the bar. The bar tender who turned out to be the owners dad was such a joy!. He treated us so well and was extremely warm and welcoming.

The food!? Omg!!!!! So good. Fresh and high quality ingredients and the burger it self was so well balanced and put together. Super juicy but it stayed together and didnt fall apart or get soggy. Fries were bomb as well. Our first experience when they first opened was just ok and boy am i glad i came back tonight, because this visit was superb. I am already looking forward to returning next weekend. Oh yeah.....the pickles are knock your socks off good.....best pickle i have ever had.

My only criticism is the ranch was pretty aweful. Very thick, mayo forward and disnt resemble ranch at all to me. Very lighly seasoned.“

The bar next door has tables and seating where you can order from Bernardo and have full table service there's also outdoor seating on this side where you can bring your dog. The service on the hotel side is impeccable and the food comes fast. If you don't mind leaving a tip then eat at the bar / Lobby next door it's beautiful quiet and there's music in a beautiful bar where you can order whatever you want. Several beers on tap drinks to order and a couple of ciders in the can. Bernardo's itself is a order seat yourself kind of deal. As you walk in you order from their menu and then you go sit down eating at the hotel Bar Next Door which is connected by a short hallway, is a much better dining experience IMHO“

“The owner Stevie is AMAZING! We came in with a big party of 6 adults and 6 kids (all under the age of 5) around 8pm. We were looking for a last minute place to host our friends who were visiting us and Stevie truly went above and beyond my expectations! She made sure the adults were taken care of, as well as our kids. She and her dad were very attentive the whole night, even though there was another big party at the same time.
