Wi-Fi did not work and it took over 45 minutes to find a way to use a Groupon. No mention at all about a Special Occasion that I mentioned. Food was just ok. I've had much better in the past at Black Angus. Overall a very sad and frustrating experience.
Food, price, and atmosphere were all good. What wasn't good was our server Jennifer M. We've had her 2 of our last 3 trips to Black Angus and she either doesn't like her job or just is always in sour mood. This time I wrote down her name so we can remember to ask to not be at one of her tables next time.
Two small children running around for 15 minutes is not acceptable. Noisy but also safety wise why was it allowed ? When are you going to fix the women's restroom? Doors are broken can't be locked. It needs updating new floor and painting. Unacceptable and get a contractor in there each morning before you open or at night after you've closed to fix the doors locks and go from there.
