“Folsom palace is definitely one of the best Chinese restaurants in the entire greater Sacramento area. We got the BBQ pork buns, lo mien noodle, and Szechuan beef (pictured). They all tasted like homemade Chinese dishes, bursting with flavors from different regions of China. The dishes are huge and are meant to be shared with others so bring your appetite and 16 people. I was sad to discover that this place was not actually a palace, but it still looked nice inside. The staff were super friendly and were running around like crazy. They served us and the palace well. I didn’t realize they have three locations (palaces?), but this one was rated the highest. I’ll be back!Vegetarian options: There’s vegetable noodles. You can also have some rice with vegetables“
“Was there with several of my girl friends today and had the most wonderful Chinese lunch! We had the egg drop soup, sesame chicken, sweet & sour pork, stir fried beef, pork pot stickers, bokchoy with 2kinds of mushrooms, walnut shrimp, fried rice, fried chowmein, stir fried white fish with veggies, and fried mini buns with red bean paste. Everything was very authentic Chinese food, meaning it wasn't "Americanized" in my opinion. The sweet & sour pork was not fluorescent red in color nor artificially sweet and the pork was crispy on the outside and tender in the inside and very tasty! Nothing seemed "heavy" with the thick layer of coating. All the vegetables were cooked right, not being almost raw, but just right. Plus the vegetables were very fresh! Highly recommend China House!“
“This is hands down one of my favorite places to eat. I haven't eaten here in years and it was still amazing. My favorite is the chicken salad, that with some fried rice is a great quick dinner. I used to eat here once a week when I lived across the street. I'm glad to see that it's still around and just as good.“
“Update 2/23/2024I am a little disturbed as they added kiosk order(now forced), however there was an employee liaison assisting people who may have trouble. My outlook on kiosks:*People take this as "Do it yourself as we are either not staffed to do this or other things are more important than you".*I don't see this as service oriented.*Menu is fragmented on a screen and buttons all over which makes it tough to order for most.*McDonald's has kiosks, but nobody uses them.Example: 70+ lady walks up and tries to order. She has issues and has a ton of questions, this takes time. In the meantime you have a line backed up plus another user at the same time, with kiosk issues. Now what you have is a problem. Another one of your employees needs to be brought over to help now. Now everything is backed up.I know what the answer will be from your establishment. " We have backup, we will then take order manually"I get it, less employees brings more money to the budget, but in the long run it will not as service to customers is compromised and a reputation will prevail in the long run.I did kindly ask the manager why kiosks. She replied and we spoke. What dates out to me about that conversation is that her words were "People don't want to work for $20 per hour". Strange comment. Oh well. I have given up going there. Done with coaching.Let's get back to good ole excellent customer service. Bring that vision back. This is sorely needed.End of latest update-------------------------------------Great place, great service. Most "Most of the employees" are great.Bring the salsa bar back please.Fish is always consistent and fair prices. Gourmet food for less and a ton of options.Good job California Fish Grill!“
“Oh, my goodness, I have found heaven. I'm from San Diego and we eat lots of carne asada burritos. My problem is this, most Mexican shops here don't sell carna asada burritos. If you fall into this hole like I did, you are now saved. Not only do they sell carne asada burritos, but they cook everything fresh everyday. They cook their beans early in the morning, they make their salsa fresh everyday. It smells like home and I'm so happy to have found this restaurant. And just in case you need a drive thru, they have it. It's been a year here in Citrus Heights without a carne asada burrito and that's hard when you want good Mexican food. I am one happy girl now. I am happy to give them a 5 star rating. Shirley.“
“This is the best fish and chip I ever tried the same one in Antelope cuz I've been looking I mean it was the best it wasn't oily or greasy and it was crispy I'm giving all kinds of stars at least that place was the ball they made their own Carter sauce I mean pretty good“
“I've been to Black Angus several times throughout the years, but it's when you have great interactions with the servers that make it memorable. Last night was one of those moments. Alivia was amazing, her smile, conversation and attentiveness made for a great evening. We had the Campfire Feast, which started off with their awesome cheesy bread and crispy Brussels sprouts for appetizers. The main courses were baby back ribs w/bacon blue baked potato for myself and rib-eye also w/bacon blue potato for my friend. Both were delicious and plentiful, thus requiring take home containers. The meal was finished with the chocolate cake, ice cream and hot fudge sauce. Overall a wonderful meal. I'm sure to return and will seek out Alivia for another great experience.“
“AJ was great as he was very focused on our needs. The food never disappoints. My favorite by farWheelchair accessibility: Possibly a couple more disabled parking spots. I noticed that a lot of seniors like myself frequent the location where I go“
“I always throughly enjoy my visits to Red Lobster whenever I go. I’ve been to this particular restaurant many times over the last 20+ years, and always enjoyed it. Good food at reasonable prices, in a pleasant and friendly atmosphere with good service. I go there every chance I get.“
“I recently dined at El Tapatio Mexican restaurant, and the experience was truly delightful. The atmosphere was wonderful, creating a warm and inviting vibe. The staff exhibited professionalism and warmth throughout our visit, enhancing the overall dining experience. The food was great. The menu offered a variety of options, and each dish we tried was a great. The cucumber Margaritas were a standout, a refreshing twist to the classic cocktail. One notable feature was the television screens in the bar area, providing an excellent opportunity to catch up on sporting events while enjoying the meal. What stood out was the lack of wait at the bar, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.Considering the fantastic food, inviting atmosphere, and the added bonus of a lively bar area with multiple screens, I believe El Tapatio would be an excellent choice for hosting family from out of town. The combination of a yummy meal and a fun, upbeat environment makes it a nice option for those seeking both tasty food and a vibrant dining experience. The bartender told me about live music every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 5-8pm. We will definitely be back.Vegetarian options: Lots of options I did not take the time to write out each and everyone but I was fully satisfied as a person that was raised vegetarian and I'm 54 now.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes“
