“Cute one story red building...inside was clean..employees very friendly...when you walk in, you order at register and then go find a booth or table...they bring you your food and then come pick up your dishes when done eating. I enjoyed my omelette and potatoes...I was very pleased with my meal, especially the potatoes were cooked as I requested. The prices are reasonable and portions were plenty...I do recommend going and I will be returning.“
“I’ve been wanting to try this place for breakfast for a while. It’s always packed on the weekends which is a good sign. Although it took about 20 minutes for a server to come to our table, the rest was a great experience. The pancakes were perfect and the sausage skillet was super tasty! Parking is limited, you may need to park behind the building like I did.“
“It's good diner food. Nothing fancy, but very tasty. I had the two egg combo with no complaints. The staff are what makes it five star though. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. They were flexible with my order and special requests. While I was paying for my order an elderly man next to me said he forgot his wallet and the cashier took care of it without batting an eye. “I had a craving for a Rueben sandwich and knew Black Bear prepared their Corned Beef in house. I got what I wanted with enough meat and plenty of sour kraut, and thousand island dressing. The coleslaw side was a bot dry for my taste. But I was not there for the slaw.Until Sam's Haf Brou re opens this is where I'll go for a Rueben sandwich .“
“Found this nice restaurant this morning called Corner Stone Restaurant on San Juan Ave., Citrus Heights. Grits grits grits...made to perfection. The potatoes were nicely cooked for a taste to remember, along with everything else. Benito the chef knows how to do it and Liz the waitress was friendly with a side of funny. I definitely recommend this restaurant's breakfast. Try the grits, y'all.“
“This spot is Amazing and not flashy at ALL their wafflewiches are the highlight of their menu as these are truly a unique treat that you dont see or taste anywhere else. They definitely stand out from the rest of the menu, which is a traditional American dinner menu. One other item I'd like to highlight is their country potatoes! ? these hearty chunks of potatoes are delicious & done perfectly! They are chuncky, backed perfectly, & what I assume pan fried, to get a crispy exterior, all whill maintaining a moist & soft Interior. Truly a spot you won't regret trying!“

“I've been to Black Angus several times throughout the years, but it's when you have great interactions with the servers that make it memorable. Last night was one of those moments. Alivia was amazing, her smile, conversation and attentiveness made for a great evening. We had the Campfire Feast, which started off with their awesome cheesy bread and crispy Brussels sprouts for appetizers. The main courses were baby back ribs w/bacon blue baked potato for myself and rib-eye also w/bacon blue potato for my friend. Both were delicious and plentiful, thus requiring take home containers. The meal was finished with the chocolate cake, ice cream and hot fudge sauce. Overall a wonderful meal. I'm sure to return and will seek out Alivia for another great experience.“

My friend ordered the pizza and she said it was very good. They have a pool table and dance floor for live bands. They do have leather couches too.
