Idk who you have working at the counter but I see alot of comments referring to the kids ... the girl had an attitude the moment I walked in , kept getting our order wrong but it was somehow our fault . I also see that you don't respond to reviews and comments which leads me to believe that you know your children are like this and you allow them to run your business like this. First off our meal and experience started off great. We hadnt been there and were skeptical as we were told about the people at the front counter but we still trued it out. We definitely should’ve listened to the warnings. I asked for fried shrimp and reiterated that i wanted it fried and we got something else which we weren’t mad about as we think we ordered the wrong stuff thinking it was something else. Ray's Chicken & Fish is a restaurant with locations in Stockton and Sacramento. The service, food, and vibes are always on 10. Customers come often, with some going two days in a row or even nine days in a row. The food is amazing like always, and the workers are professional, polite, and hard working. The chicken wings are BIG, not the baby ones. Fried Cod and fries are really good without being greasy, and the fries are the best in Sacramento—medium sized and absolutely delicious. Other meals include shrimp scampi, fried prawns, scallops, crab cakes, fried pickles, avocado bites, garlic noodles w/shrimp, corn bread, and mac & cheese. Desserts are amazing as well. The potato salad and dipping sauces are great. The place is very small but clean, more of a takeout restaurant, open until 11:00. The service is always excellent, with friendly staff like Janessa and Frank making it a great place to eat.
