Ray's Chicken & Fish is a restaurant with locations in Stockton and Sacramento. The service, food, and vibes are always on 10. Customers come often, with some going two days in a row or even nine days in a row. The food is amazing like always, and the workers are professional, polite, and hard working. The chicken wings are BIG, not the baby ones. Fried Cod and fries are really good without being greasy, and the fries are the best in Sacramento—medium sized and absolutely delicious. Other meals include shrimp scampi, fried prawns, scallops, crab cakes, fried pickles, avocado bites, garlic noodles w/shrimp, corn bread, and mac & cheese. Desserts are amazing as well. The potato salad and dipping sauces are great. The place is very small but clean, more of a takeout restaurant, open until 11:00. The service is always excellent, with friendly staff like Janessa and Frank making it a great place to eat.
