“Busy but was pleased with how quickly I was sat. The hostess commented on my shirt. She was incredibly polite. My server was quite quick to help me. I asked for a togo box and mentioned to her I think she only gave me part. She said oh no and put them together for me. She and I both laughed because when she put it together it was so simple. I had a great experience today. So polite and attentive not to just me but everyone in the incredibly busy restaurant today.“

“This restaurant is horrible. They are nasty. They do not keep the place clean at all and I watched them treat their pick up DoorDash drivers like trash they make them come in when they’re the same person sitting in the car and talk to them very poorly. they are very nasty. Their food is disgusting. do not eat here.“

“The blonde lady working the late night was very friendly and was quick with her service. Even though the drive thru was busy she got our order out quickly. we ordered a bring your own bag with a spicy chicken with an extra patty, lettuce, Swiss cheese, tomatoes, and onions with an onion ring and a nine piece chicken star and then we ordered a nine piece chicken star large combo with fries and a Powerade and all the food was made fresh and served with a side of ranch. after the cashier handed our order she told us to have a good night and that she hopes to see us again soon. After now having eaten my order, I can say that the food exceeded my expectations and I can be sure to visit this location again given their quality and service!“

“This store is really special; everyone from the managers to the cashiers is very friendly, and my food is always well-prepared. I drive 20 minutes when I want Jack in the Box, even though there’s one closer to my house—but at that other location, something is always missing, or they don't have the soda I like. And to top it off, they act like they’re doing me a huge favor by giving me the food for free, because they are incredibly rude—starting with the managers. That’s why I drive to the West location; they actually put love into their work.“
