Helps make a late night, a great night.
update daytime visit: for a bacon Swiss burger, 8 onion rings and a regular shake (built like partially soft serve ice cream= no shakablity) $20.20! goodness! could've went to 5 guys. onion rings were the start of the show. They're trying & if they upgraded the ambience in the fast food dining area it might actually feel more like the steak house prices they're charging at minimum put a cherry on top of the thickest shake in the world....read full review

To the young lady working the drive-thru at 1 PM on 07/23: your 5-star service completely changed my perception of the Harbor Pointe location. From the moment we were about to pay, you were attentive, kind, and made us feel genuinely valued. Jack In The Box offers great service with correctly cooked food. The parking area is nice and shaded, with wheelchair accessibility available. The food is always fresh and hot, making it worth dining in. The management team does a very good job, and the employees show care and quality in their work. Although the mint chocolate shakes were not as expected, the place is clean and well-managed. Customers have noted that the Grill Salad is tasty and appreciated the prompt and pleasant service. Despite some complaints about worker attitudes, the drive-through experience has been mostly positive, with quick service and fresh food. This restaurant remains a recommended spot for a satisfying meal.
