“First time here and I was greeted very warmly and the Young Spanish looking male broke down how ordering works. I told him it was my first time at Mod Pizza, he was welcoming and very kind. I appreciated the small talk when I asked him what he likes to get, i got the spicy tomato base with the garlic rub. He was super kind and accommodating to my meal. He asked if I wanted sides like ranch, any drizzle on the pizza, and if I wanted any oregano spices on my pizza, etc. I mean, he didnt miss a beat. He was very kind and I appreciate the amazing service. I wish I could have gotten his name. I would like to shout him out here. But I came on a Tues, March 3rd. Arrive at 6:30pm 😃 thank you Mod Pizza. You should keep him around. Great customer service.

“Great customer service! I ordered online and went inside since the app said it was about ready for pickup but when I went in the manager Maria said they were making a FRESH batch of chicken and it would just be a short wait. Since there would be a bit of a wait she even offered me a free drink! Very clean inside and everybody seemed very sweet. This kind of customer service is hard to find especially at fast food places but this was just an overwhelmingly exceptional experience!“

“Whoever the young woman w glasses working at Jack in the Box tonight (March 1, 2026) was, her service was absolutely outstanding! She delivered such exceptional quality and attention to detail that I left completely impressed. I often stop by this location during my visits to West Sac, and every time she’s on drive-thru duty, the experience is always fantastic.—But tonight, of all nights, she truly went above and beyond. Great job and thank you for the amazing service!“

“Great customer service! I typically only order burritos here, and the majority of the time, my tortilla has crunchy parts like it is stale., including last night. I had oral surgery this morning and decided to try it again as I didn't want yogurt for dinner. I asked the guy taking my order to please verify the tortillas, explaining my situation and past experience. He was very accommodating, and today's order was absolutely perfect. Thanks!“

“When i got in it was pretty chaotic, but the one guy behind the counter, Anthony, brought order to the situation and made sure that every face that left was stuffed with a sandwich, and them sandwiches? Amazing, made to my exact specifications and served with a smile.“

“This particular location is fast and efficient. I've come through their drive-thru many a time. Never disappointed in the atmosphere inside is full of energy. This is a very popular location as it is located near the sunsplash area. It is always packed there so if you're going you better be ready to sit in line or utilize the outside seating. The parking lot is quite small, but there is additional parking in the surrounding little shopping area next to the In-N-Out.
Never a problem with the attendance. Always happy and cheery straight to the point and get the job done. Kudos to In-N-Out Burger for making those long lines too fast!“
