“The manager overheard me asking if this location was under the same management as the horrible location on Antelope. (JEM is the franchise management company.) And because she is everything a manager should be, she was right on top of it and interjected asking if everything was okay. And of course it was, but my point is that she handles issues, and potential issues--very unlike management at the store on Antelope. Food was great and staff were very nice and professional.“

Some of you customers need to have common sense and respect their service because YOU GUYS COME TO THEM FOR A MEAL. And don’t be complaining about the quality when some of you guys pay $2 minimum for a burrito. You’re not gonna find 5 star restaurant food in a drive thru; it’s Taco Bell. “I went to Wendy's late this morning. It's been a while since I last ate at Wendy's. I had the opportunity to eat at Wendy's today, I always have been going to McDonald's for the past few months. The service was good. I ordered a Triple Baconator Large Combo with Large Fries and a Large Drink, I also ordered 10-piece spicy nuggets by themselves with Buttermilk Ranch and BBQ Sauce only, My Father ordered a Medium Spicy Chicken Sandwich Combo with Medium Fries and a Medium Coke. The atmosphere was amazing. When receiving My meal, the food came out as fresh, really hot as it is expected to be.“

“I'm giving this A&W/KFC a four-star review, but honestly, it should’ve been five if it weren’t for the letdown with my order. I was really looking forward to a root beer float—something I haven’t had in years—and it was kind of upsetting to be handed a cup with barely any ice cream in it. That’s not a float, it’s just root beer. It felt like a small but frustrating way to ruin a nostalgic moment I was excited about.

That said, the drink still tasted fine overall, and the restaurant itself was clean with decent customer service. Nothing to complain about there. But when you're ordering something so specific and simple, it shouldn’t be that hard to get it right. Hopefully next time, they’ll do better“

“It is not in my general nature to go out of my way to leave reviews, especially for fast food, which is saturated with unprofessionalism and incompetence, but upon my recent visit to Del Taco on Greenback I feel inclined. No. COMPELLED to express the true and sincere eruptions of my soul. The experience was so excellent, so phenomenal that whatever the current rating of this location is from its opening until now, it should be automatically changed to 5. I defy anyone who is helped by the staff who served me that if they don't leave a TOP review and let THE WORLD know-- they are being dishonest to themselves and everyone else and living a lie. I pulled up to the drive through after a football (soccer) game and just intended to order a burrito, say hi to someone I used to know who works there and be on my way. But no. The cashier would NOT allow it. Her initial welcome was so genuine, so warm and kind that it made me rethink everything I've ever known about fast food until today. I've been stopping at drive thrus for 15+ years. I've WORKED in the fast food industry. I've seen the blood, sweat and tears that goes into ensuring low timers. And anyone who knows ANYTHING about running fast food is that you have to be FAST, which usually means less focus on customer service. But this girl knew better. Not only fast but incredibly compassionate and warm. Her ability to dance the tightrope between speed and kindness was so expert that as a manager I would hire her on the spot. Her voice emanated welcome and empathy like the elven silk of Rivendell. Her visage radiated purity like the silver moon over the lake of Alderaan. A thousand bleeding sunsets scraping their dying light beyond the distant Korriban horizon cannot compare to her. My only regret is that (knowing that fast food requires you to take your food and GO) I didn't get her name. But for anyone who works there or who has been cashed out by her KNOWS exactly who I'm talking about. She said she's been there for 3 years. She deserves a raise. She deserves the world. And I hope Del taco gives it to her. So, please, gracious host, if you read this, accept this 5 star review and know it's not enough. The heaven full of stars cannot recompense your worth.“

“Good Mcdonalds if you're traveling thru. Small dining room . sometimes the fountain machine is just off and I've had app order issues a few times processing correctly to the location but they were always nice to fix it immediately and all the staff are very courteous.“

“Passed by here earlier this evening, this is my first time ordering at this McDonald's. I ordered a Caramel Sundae, I paid in cash. I did not expect that it would take that long for my order to come. I wish I had received my Caramel Sundae on time because I didn't order much.“

“What can I say. Sometimes you just gotta have a flamed broiled Whopper (with cheese). There is something about that flavor. This Whopper was great. I asked that they hold the pickles and mayo, and they did. The burger was fresh, the bun was not flatten or shriveled up. I ate the burger in my car so I can't comment on the inside of the restaurant. When the urge hits again I'll definitely be heading to this restaurant.“

“We were served by this sweet guy named Jack just now in Mcdo Sunrise, Citrus Heights branch. Very polite, always smiling and very approachable guy. He’s very attentive when I asked a question about the ordering using my apps. He’s very attentive and has this “ready to help” kind of attitude. We frequent McDonald’s because our ausome kids loved the French fries and so far this guy excels in his service. A true asset.“
