One thing I especially appreciate is that they've let me use the restroom when I needed to, even if I wasn't making a purchase. They were never weird, rude, or judgmental about it—they just treated me with kindness and understanding. It's such a simple thing, but it can make a big difference when you're out and about. The restaurant is clean, the employees are courteous, and the atmosphere is always pleasant. Thank you for consistently showing compassion and great customer service! “This place is great. Super clean. Friendly staff and the food was fresh made for my order. All this food for $30. Chicken was not greasy at all. Shoe string frys which I love, and potatoes salad made from scratch. The salad was big and very fresh. Also got fountain drink. Ten different sauces to dunk your chicken in and they were delicious. So much better than the fast food stuff and didn't cost much more and we took leftovers home. Highly recommend.“

“Mariana was great!! Helped me set up the app and was informative with some of the new additions. The chicken pieces are still the size of Cornish game hens (nothing new there 🙄) and was very disappointed with the potato poppers and apple pie poppers. Not enough apple pie filling, and the 5 (not 6 as advertised) potatoes were dry and puffless.“

“Shout out to Elijah!!! We so appreciated his help tonight. Thank you!! Tonight my family and I used the app to pick up food in the drive thru. We had an email allowing us a free chicken sandwich when you use the app. We don't eat out often so this was a treat for us. My husband had already used the app, so this was his second time in the app to get the free sandwich with our order. When we picked up our food, two of the young workers couldn't help us with this promotion, so we spoke with the manager. She also said sorry we can't help you! We were at the window and received our order, but had to order another item as the chicken sandwich was going to be my husband dinner and we wouldn't receive it. While we were trying to get this order going another young man came up to the window to help us! He heard about the situation and honored the free Chicken sandwich promotion. Everyone was kind regardless of the situation. We love this location and because of Elijah, we left happy customers.“

“Some type of app issue. It charged my card but didn't carry order to the merchant. They provided service in line of mishap. I told her if my payment doesn't clear tomorrow I will add i see funds $16.55 taken away f3om my credit card. Not sure why it not showing on their end.“

“I went around 6pm and got a leg and thigh and biscuit. The biscuit was hot, soft, buttery, flaky, sugary, fluffy diabesity (diabetes and obesity in one!) deliciousness and the chicken was hot, juicy, salty, tender, crunchy, krispy diabesity so definitely worth the $6 I paid! I look forward to eating again! It is in a gas station so takeout only but this is some seriously good chicken!“

“We moved back to Sacramento and saw a El Pollo Loco restaurant and had to go there. There were none in the state where we were. Really enjoyed the chicken dinner and my wife had the Taco Salad she said it was great, just like she remembered.“

“June 26 2026 I frequent the location. Today they gave me fried chicken nugget instead of grilled. I specifically asked for grilled because I'm on a kidney friendly diet. The fries are high potassium but I watch my portion on them. I think I might just eat inside because you really can't confirm your order doing drive thru. I like the dragon pineapple syrup.“
