“If you’re looking for great hot chicken, this place is definitely worth trying. The chicken is incredibly flavorful, juicy, and cooked perfectly not dry at all. The seasoned fries are outstanding and honestly some of the best I’ve had.

The only downside is the price, which is a little on the high side. Even so, the quality of the food makes it an occasional treat that’s worth it. I’ll definitely be back.“

“We visited the Folsom location and went in to order, they were exceptional in customer service going above our expectations! Not only the cashier taking our order but the cooks ect. With the food being very good and the customer service we will DEFINITELY be coming back.“

“I came in about 2 days ago, I haven't been here in awhile, so I really did not know what to order, But I was helped by a really nice lady I think her name was Kim, she was really helpful told me about $7 fill ups and a couple other promotions that were going on she was super helpful and sweet the food was amazing, freshly made. Im glad I choose to come back here, would definitely recommend to my friends, the root beer floats are a classic.“

“The food was decent. Skip the Mac and cheese all together. We had two different spice levels on the tenders yet they weren’t labeled or anything and we tasted both and still couldn’t figure out which was which. They were decently good though, plus loved the kale in the slaw! The tables and floors were sticky/tacky to the touch. And it did take 20 minutes to get our food even though we were the only ones in the store:/“

The chicken is always phenomenal and fresh, for dine in it's super chill, and for the most part the staff is really nice although sometimes they can seem snippy/short which is odd when you're the only person in line. We can chalk it up to maybe being a bad day.“

“Shout out to Elijah!!! We so appreciated his help tonight. Thank you!! Tonight my family and I used the app to pick up food in the drive thru. We had an email allowing us a free chicken sandwich when you use the app. We don't eat out often so this was a treat for us. My husband had already used the app, so this was his second time in the app to get the free sandwich with our order. When we picked up our food, two of the young workers couldn't help us with this promotion, so we spoke with the manager. She also said sorry we can't help you! We were at the window and received our order, but had to order another item as the chicken sandwich was going to be my husband dinner and we wouldn't receive it. While we were trying to get this order going another young man came up to the window to help us! He heard about the situation and honored the free Chicken sandwich promotion. Everyone was kind regardless of the situation. We love this location and because of Elijah, we left happy customers.“

“This is my absolute comfort place. I've gone to this location over 100 times within the span of 1 year (I love this place). They know me and my order by name, they are always kind and friendly in a very authentic way, the food is a great price, and I always feel at home when I enter the doors.“

“Best customer service I’ve had in a long time! DoorDash brought us the wrong order so we called and was helped by a manager by the name of Patrick. Even though it wasn’t his fault he apologized and even offered to drive it to us himself. We live about 20 min away so I was extremely grateful for the gesture. He was understanding, kind and even remade the meal fresh for us when we came to pick it up. Definitely appreciate it, kindness goes a long way!“

One thing I especially appreciate is that they've let me use the restroom when I needed to, even if I wasn't making a purchase. They were never weird, rude, or judgmental about it—they just treated me with kindness and understanding. It's such a simple thing, but it can make a big difference when you're out and about. The restaurant is clean, the employees are courteous, and the atmosphere is always pleasant. Thank you for consistently showing compassion and great customer service!
