“The food here is really good. That is why I keep coming back. The only bad taste I have has to do with the two times I placed an order online. The first time I was told they would text me when my order is ready, but I never received a text. I found out my order was ready by going and checking. My order was on the side counter...for how long who knows. The second time I placed an order in around 4:31p. I went around 4:45p to check and there was gentleman placing and paying for an order. My order they said it is not ready and that they would text me. I didn't get a text so I checked around 4:59p, but they said it is not ready yet. Now we found that they didn't even have mybcell number so I gave it to them. Now around 5:09p the gentleman who.placed his order almost 15 minutes after mine got a text that his order was ready and then a few seconds later I got mine.“

“Amazeballs!!! Best chicken strips EVER! Crispy! Huge! Fresh! Hot! Super yummy!! We went around 9:30 AM- stopped for a bathroom break and ended up getting brunch, lol!! We are adding this to our route when we visit the Bay Area from the mid west! Thank you!! Pleasantly surprised!! The Krispy sauce is also the bomb! Sorry no pics, we devoured them all before I decided to do this review! The gentleman who helped us was super nice as well.“

“Came here for late lunch with my family and had a good experience. There were hardly any people dining in and most people were getting takeout. We ordered with the cashier and then they brought out our food in about 15 mins. We got some sliders, tenders, and the tender salad. The chicken was good and juicy, and the signature sauce was also tasty. I also appreciated that they had the condiments and utensils out so we could grab what we needed without having to ask for it.

Service was alright, nothing impressive but not terrible. Plenty of parking available since it's located in a plaza with different stores like Walmart. The restroom was clean but was out of toilet paper so we had to take it from the other restroom.“

“Had a coupon and YES, there are Good Values still available. My wife and I picked up (to-go) enough chicken for two (two thighs and two legs), two sides, two salads, two churros, four tortillas and plenty of (fresh-made) sauces. It's great tasting food and we left our dinner table feeling good unlike after eating something fried or even a burger. We WILL be back.“

“Came here hungry after work and after reading reviews I decided to try it out cuz I was really craving chicken. It’s located INSIDE a gas station which kinda threw me off like Alice in wonderland style but the staff were so friendly and welcoming! They had my favorite Lemon pepper and Buffalo for my man (which turned out amazing) and I didn’t even have to wait long. 10/10“

Lately, the service feels disorganized and slow, the quality seems inconsistent, and that warm Filipino welcome and atmosphere seem to be disappearing. On my most recent visit, I even received only 5 pieces of chicken when I ordered 6. Jollibee shouldn’t feel like just another busy fast-food chain. The Filipino warmth, hospitality, pride, and quality are part of the brand—and just as important as the Chickenjoy. I’m sharing this not simply to complain, but because we love Jollibee and want this location to do better. “Today my husband and I decided to go to the drive thru. Our service name on the receipt was Regina A oriental young lady. There were about 5 cars in drive thru and she took our order in a timely manner and did repeat herself. We were asking about the griller box which is popular and she said mix. She seem overwhelmed cause she was doing multiple things. Regina you are awesome and thank you“

“I went on two separate occasions and the chicken tenders were Krunchy, the potato wedges were fresh, and the biscuits were fluffy!
The women cooking the food is very nice and seems to take a lot of pride in making sure the food is consistently good!“

“Chicken seemed a little dry and cooked too long. Believe I was getting the leftovers of the day. The coleslaw ain't as juicy as KFC but who's is. All in all it was a decent meal. A little spendy but when you want fast food you gotta pay anymore“

It took about 14 minutes to get our 4 meals, which felt a little slow for a quick bite, but the delicious taste definitely made up for the short wait!“

“😞 One of the worst KFC experiences in Sacramento. 8/25/2026 9:30pm drive thru asked what is my order , said half and half then got told to wait 25mins , after I went to the window and give my $20 payment handed to the cashier got told by this employee that they are about to close so they cannot make anything for me anymore , this makes me sad and makes me feel like going to Elk Grove location instead . So dissapointed . 10pm is the closing but employees want to go home early I think cuz around 9-9:30 pm they don’t want to cook or served any chicken anymore .

Very disappointed with the customer service at this location. The staff was not welcoming, and the overall experience was frustrating and disappointing. Customer service makes a big difference, and unfortunately, this visit left me feeling like my business was not appreciated.

I hope management takes the time to address these concerns and improve the customer experience. We deserve better service. 🍗“

“Very clean and very fast. However, the chicken tenders were under crispy. And they ran out of straws. What? You ran out of STRAWS? Made it hard for a car ride meal, but we managed. Also super late to the game, but I’m super sad about the absence of the spicy chicken wings.ALSO OMG how prices have gone up. 3 tenders meal was $11.99. 3 tenders a la carte was $8. Lordy, $21 for all this!“
