😞 One of the worst KFC experiences in Sacramento. 8/25/2026 9:30pm drive thru asked what is my order , said half and half then got told to wait 25mins , after I went to the window and give my $20 payment handed to the cashier got told by this employee that they are about to close so they cannot make anything for me anymore , this makes me sad and makes me feel like going to Elk Grove location instead . So dissapointed . 10pm is the closing but employees want to go home...read full review

KFC is an awesome place to grab a comfort food meal. The food is hot, fresh, and delicious, with a variety of menu items to suit everyone. The Fried Chicken is on point, with flavor and taste that is always the best. The mashed potatoes and corn are fresh and tasty, served with butter and sauces galore. While the venue is nice and spacious, the atmosphere feels plain, as customers come in to pick up their orders and eat. Service can be hit or miss; sometimes staff is friendly and efficient, but at times they may not be attentive. Even during busy times, they strive to remain apologetic. KFC is a go-to for fried chicken and tasty sides.
