“I've eaten any many hot chicken places and this one ranks high up there with the best of them. My favorite place is Howlin' Rays in LA, but this place is pretty close! I got the hot and the chicken was juicy, the breading was crispy, and the spices were on point! The fries were also great! They season them with their Nashville hot seasoning like Howlin' Rays does. Overall, A+!“

Lately, the service feels disorganized and slow, the quality seems inconsistent, and that warm Filipino welcome and atmosphere seem to be disappearing. On my most recent visit, I even received only 5 pieces of chicken when I ordered 6. Jollibee shouldn’t feel like just another busy fast-food chain. The Filipino warmth, hospitality, pride, and quality are part of the brand—and just as important as the Chickenjoy. I’m sharing this not simply to complain, but because we love Jollibee and want this location to do better. “They allowed me to pick my pieces out of thighs, wings and legs. The chicken was good (better than Popeyes these days. There was a language barrier but everything was correct. The fries were perfect after I put them in my air fryer for 10 minutes. The honey butter biscuit was underwhelming.“

“😞 One of the worst KFC experiences in Sacramento. 8/25/2026 9:30pm drive thru asked what is my order , said half and half then got told to wait 25mins , after I went to the window and give my $20 payment handed to the cashier got told by this employee that they are about to close so they cannot make anything for me anymore , this makes me sad and makes me feel like going to Elk Grove location instead . So dissapointed . 10pm is the closing but employees want to go home early I think cuz around 9-9:30 pm they don’t want to cook or served any chicken anymore .

Very disappointed with the customer service at this location. The staff was not welcoming, and the overall experience was frustrating and disappointing. Customer service makes a big difference, and unfortunately, this visit left me feeling like my business was not appreciated.

“They are very friendly here, however I usually say the strips (the only thing chicken I usually get from Popeyes) at this location aren’t as tasty. I recently seen that this location is a certified training location! So it makes sense to me if the taste was a little off. “I came through their drive-thru last night. my biscuits was not soft at all. my spicy chicken didn't taste right. plus I was missing one item the chocolate Beignet I will never ever come back to this Popeye's. the service was kind of rude when I asked for Ranch sauce. I was told that's only for the chicken tenders. if I had my receipt I will bring the whole order back to them .“
