About KFC

KFC offers a mixed experience for diners. While some enjoy the friendly staff and great deals, others were disappointed with greasy, dry chicken. The prices, quality, and service are highlighted positively, with a special mention of the delicious A&W burgers. However, concerns were raised about the cleanliness of the restroom, leaving doubts about the overall hygiene of the restaurant. Recently, customers noted that the staff is very polite and friendly, and the store is kept very clean. The manager is described as very sweet and attentive, making sure guests are comfortable and even recommending food items like apple pie poppers. Food is generally fresh and delicious, but some customers found the chicken too peppery or spicy, which ruined their lunch, especially for those who can't handle spicy food. Additionally, some customers experienced issues with their credit card charges, noting they were charged twice and advise checking statements carefully. Despite the good service and fresh food, the drive-thru experience can be quick, but the food quality varies, and some customers feel that fast food is not what it used to be. The overall experience depends on individual expectations, with some returning for the friendly service and others feeling disappointed with the food.
