Always, always check your order before you leave or drive away from the window or step away from the counter. Let's put it this way. Even if you are standing at the counter and you watch the person put your food in the bag you should still check that same exact bag and make sure that the item is in the bag because that is how bad this place is. This location has gotten very busy over the years and even more busier than when we first moved in the area 7 years ago and I can tell you one thing for sure never leave without checking your order.

Worst service in the world, undercooked chicken over cooked chicken or just simply they don't have any, I have given this place many chances, and the same thing has come up over and over again it should be shut down and condemned. This is a dangerous restaurant do not eat and avoid at all cost.

Incompetent employees. I ordered a 3 piece, and was told they only had white meat which was fine. Then I was charged extra bc asked for all thighs. Come home and there's only 1.5 pieces of chicken and they were dry breast and the second piece looked like someone ate out of it. DRIVE THE EXTRA FEW MILES AND GO TO A DIFFERENT KFC. WORKERS HERE ARE INCOMPETENT AND SIMPLY JUST DONT CARE

Don't ask for an extra gravy! They charge you for the same price as it comes with mashed potatoes. There is no lower cost for just gravy. They don't explain this properly. And when asking for condiments, they don't tell you if they're out of something. I had to ask again and then they finally told me. What happened to good customer service? The low review rating doesn't surprise me. The Colonel is looking down and shaking his head!

I don't eat at KFC often because of the prices, but in the mood for a chicken sandwich so I got the Big Box. It has a chicken sandwich, nuggets, and french fries. Also a drink. $14.00. I only live about 10 blocks away, but when I got home and took out the sandwich I was so upset. Why do they put hot food in those foil type envelopes? I could have wrung water out of the buns. I could always put the food in the microwave to heat it up if necessary, but you cannot save a soggy bun. I had the same thing happen at a fish place on Florin Road. Soggy bun and fish not crispy. Never had a problem with the staff. The girl at the window is friendly.

My cell phone app could not let me place an online order. I walked in restaurant asking for help. The counter help asked the manager, and she told me that they cannot help me with online order. I can order in store for store price, not online price. I said that I am not at fault for app technical difficulty. She told me that I am not at fault either, bye! I didn't place the order, and I left! I have never encounter such rude services. I will never want to return to this place ever again!

Had a horrible experience at this KFC on Elk Grove florin and Calvine! The workers are very rude the little girl in the drive through was so nonchalant and very unfriendly. Then I find out that they no longer serve hot wings which is fine, so I order the 16 piece chicken strips and of course I have to pull forward to wait longer for my food. to my surprise I have 3 condiments of sauce for 16 strips! I walk back in and requested more sauce the young lady put like 4 more in there but different flavors and the manager Miguel Carrara not sure about the last name spelling first name very positive, starts to dig in the bag with his hands and starts to take out the flavors and switch them out leaving with like 5 total , because they heard me say bbq. He was so condescending I will never be back! He is definitely not management material! KFC do better with your hiring for $65 I expect excellent customer service. I can eat crab for these prices! NEVER COMING BACK!

I haven't had KFC in forever. Since it was a spontaneous decision to grab lunch here, I went in the store to order for carry-out. No lines and the staff was super friendly and made sure I was getting the best deal to save few bucks.KFC was my go-to for fried chicken for years before Popeyes, Church Chicken, and Bonchon came to the scene. Wow, what happened? The chicken was really greasy and dry. It tasted like it was fried in old stale oil. I was disappointed and hope they will make some drastic changes to keep up with the trend.
