“This is a chicken making facility, within a convenience store. I gave the food 5 stars.. it's that good.. right up there with the best like Kentucky or Popeyes. The chicken display is awesome and comes in different flavors, types, and amounts (pieces). The meals come with potato wedges and a very tasty biscuit. To think that a gas/fuel station can have such good chicken.. blows my mind!“

“I just went through the drive-thru at KFC at 1:15pm and Dulce was working the cashier and window and I shared how I had just gone through dental surgery and that's why I was only buying Mashed potatoes and she was so sweet, kind and compassionate towards me and treated me with such dignity and respect. I definitely will be returning to THIS location if she is often the one working the drive through for sure! You have a great staff/employee in her and places need more people like Dulce! “My review is purely based on my delivery experience. Full disclosure, I have a life threatening addiction to fried chicken.

Ordered up a wing combo and some slaw on a Sunday watching red zone, wasn’t prepared for what would arrive.

Wings, and waffle fries were super crispy. Garlic parm sauce was well supplied and the side of buffalo was delicious.

Even revisiting the same wings 6+ hours later, they were super crispy. What type of sorcery is this?“

“I've eaten any many hot chicken places and this one ranks high up there with the best of them. My favorite place is Howlin' Rays in LA, but this place is pretty close! I got the hot and the chicken was juicy, the breading was crispy, and the spices were on point! The fries were also great! They season them with their Nashville hot seasoning like Howlin' Rays does. Overall, A+!“

“😞 One of the worst KFC experiences in Sacramento. 8/25/2026 9:30pm drive thru asked what is my order , said half and half then got told to wait 25mins , after I went to the window and give my $20 payment handed to the cashier got told by this employee that they are about to close so they cannot make anything for me anymore , this makes me sad and makes me feel like going to Elk Grove location instead . So dissapointed . 10pm is the closing but employees want to go home early I think cuz around 9-9:30 pm they don’t want to cook or served any chicken anymore .

Very disappointed with the customer service at this location. The staff was not welcoming, and the overall experience was frustrating and disappointing. Customer service makes a big difference, and unfortunately, this visit left me feeling like my business was not appreciated.

I recently seen that this location is a certified training location! So it makes sense to me if the taste was a little off. “I like this place because of their food. It's always fresh and hot. And they are always friendly. They even have the mugs back if we want to drink our sodas in the glass mugs. They also can make the floats in the mugs if we ask them.
