I ordered my food at 12:08pm and wait until 2pm++ the foo still didn’t arrive. Contacted kfc fb and also hotline wait for 10minutes and then the reason is there is no driver pick up, what a good service and platform
Really disappointed with my experience at KFC tonight.
At around 7:24 PM, I placed my order while dining with my wife and child. We ended up waiting nearly an hour, and our food was still not ready. This is honestly unacceptable.
This is supposed to be a fast-food restaurant—where is the “fast” in fast food? Waiting that long, especially with family, is frustrating and reflects very poorly on the service and system.
