El Pollo Loco serves a variety of chicken dishes, including a "chicken salad" that is "pretty good". However, some customers have experienced overcooked and dry chicken. Despite this, the restaurant stands out for its excellent customer service, with staff willing to go the extra mile to accommodate customers. The grilled chicken and sides like tortillas, Spanish rice, and avocado salsa are also popular among customers.
