El Pollo Loco offers a pleasant dining experience with a nicely decorated and clean lobby. Their chicken nacho is a popular item, although the price may vary depending on the type of chicken chosen. The chicken options are a hit, while some customers may not enjoy the beef tacos. The restaurant has ample parking and is wheelchair accessible. The cook's efficiency is impressive, despite some inconsistencies with staffing.
The chicken may sometimes be a little dry and cooked too long, but the coleslaw, while not as juicy as KFC, is still decent. The crispy shredded chicken tacos and chicken avocado taco are delicious, with plenty of fresh chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, and the best guacamole. The staff, including the manager Sabrina, are attentive and ensure the customers feel safe and cared for.
