Stopped in for lunch and loved it! The chicken is super tender, perfectly marinated, and grilled right. Fresh sides, awesome salsas, and great fast service. Definitely recommend! 🍗👍

El Pollo Loco is a restaurant known for its friendly customer service and delicious food. Employees like Isaac at the Elk Grove Florin location go above and beyond to make sure customers are happy. The food is a highlight, with popular items like the double chicken tostada, which features fresh breast meat and creamy cilantro dressing. The 8-piece festive family meal is also a favorite, offering perfectly cooked chicken and generous sides such as mac n cheese, pinto beans, and seasoned rice. Customers also enjoy meals like the chicken burrito, which is nicely sized and full of flavor, and often return for good prices. The staff is accommodating, even helping customers relax during hot days by offering ice water and a place to sit. The restaurant keeps a clean and welcoming environment, with workers actively wiping tables and sweeping the dining area. With friendly service, tasty food, and a comfortable atmosphere, El Pollo Loco is a great place for a satisfying meal.
