The chicken is always phenomenal and fresh, for dine in it's super chill, and for the most part the staff is really nice although sometimes they can seem snippy/short which is odd when you're the only person in line. We can chalk it up to maybe being a bad day.“

The biscuit was hot, soft, buttery, flaky, sugary, fluffy diabesity (diabetes and obesity in one!) deliciousness and the chicken was hot, juicy, salty, tender, crunchy, krispy diabesity so definitely worth the $6 I paid! We had an email allowing us a free chicken sandwich when you use the app. We don't eat out often so this was a treat for us. My husband had already used the app, so this was his second time in the app to get the free sandwich with our order. When we picked up our food, two of the young workers couldn't help us with this promotion, so we spoke with the manager. She also said sorry we can't help you! We were at the window and received our order, but had to order another item as the chicken sandwich was going to be my husband dinner and we wouldn't receive it. While we were trying to get this order going another young man came up to the window to help us! He heard about the situation and honored the free Chicken sandwich promotion. Everyone was kind regardless of the situation. We love this location and because of Elijah, we left happy customers.“

“Best customer service I’ve had in a long time! DoorDash brought us the wrong order so we called and was helped by a manager by the name of Patrick. Even though it wasn’t his fault he apologized and even offered to drive it to us himself. We live about 20 min away so I was extremely grateful for the gesture. He was understanding, kind and even remade the meal fresh for us when we came to pick it up. Definitely appreciate it, kindness goes a long way!“

One thing I especially appreciate is that they've let me use the restroom when I needed to, even if I wasn't making a purchase. They were never weird, rude, or judgmental about it—they just treated me with kindness and understanding. It's such a simple thing, but it can make a big difference when you're out and about.
