Sometimes they run out of prepared chicken and you have to wait for them to cook the next batch. That's not good if you're in a hurry but it guarantees the freshness. I prefer the latter.“

“This chicken is the best tasting fast food chicken out there. Juicy breast meat and the wings have ample meat attached. Seasoning is perfect with a hint of spice.“

“I really liked the texture of the chicken inside the breading, it has a more premium feel to it than places like Daves. I felt that the breading could’ve been a bit crispier though, and the seasoning tasted good but if it had just a bit more flavor it would be perfect. I got the hot option and the heat level was perfect. Lastly, the soda could’ve been a bit more carbonated but I’m just nitpicking at this point. All in all a good experience and so far my favorite hot chicken spot in the Sacramento area. Oh yeah, and the guy at the counter was awesome. Truly excellent customer service“

“Shout out to Elijah!!! We so appreciated his help tonight. Thank you!! Tonight my family and I used the app to pick up food in the drive thru. We had an email allowing us a free chicken sandwich when you use the app. We don't eat out often so this was a treat for us. My husband had already used the app, so this was his second time in the app to get the free sandwich with our order. When we picked up our food, two of the young workers couldn't help us with this promotion, so we spoke with the manager. She also said sorry we can't help you! We were at the window and received our order, but had to order another item as the chicken sandwich was going to be my husband dinner and we wouldn't receive it. While we were trying to get this order going another young man came up to the window to help us! He heard about the situation and honored the free Chicken sandwich promotion. Everyone was kind regardless of the situation. We love this location and because of Elijah, we left happy customers.“

“Good news/lesser news. The good news is this new restaurant has seriously great wings and a great variety at that. The lesser news is just ordering an order of 10 wings, I was quoted 10 to 15 minutes. But I was pleased when the order came out after only about five minutes.“

The biscuit was hot, soft, buttery, flaky, sugary, fluffy diabesity (diabetes and obesity in one!) deliciousness and the chicken was hot, juicy, salty, tender, crunchy, krispy diabesity so definitely worth the $6 I paid! “Best customer service I’ve had in a long time! DoorDash brought us the wrong order so we called and was helped by a manager by the name of Patrick. Even though it wasn’t his fault he apologized and even offered to drive it to us himself. We live about 20 min away so I was extremely grateful for the gesture. Got my attention. He brought order to car , told me my order in box and off I went . I ordered almost everything on the menu and was not disappointed by any means.
