At KFC, the Lincoln CA location stands out for exceptional service, with an employee named Esteban going above and beyond to fulfill a difficult request. Customers praise the Thanksgiving box, featuring a flavorful turkey and generous portions of mashed potatoes, mac and cheese, and biscuits, perfect for feeding a family. While the removal of the "frosty brewed Rootbeer" tap was disappointing, the delicious food and polite staff made up for it. However, there were concerns about an employee's attire not reflecting the restaurant's brand. Overall, the positive changes and great service at KFC have left customers satisfied and eager to return for more delicious meals.
