Ordered 6 piece special. They put 5 pieces and a chicken nugget in the box. The food was cold. The girl at the front counter yesterday around 6pm was the worst employee I have ever encountered at a fast food restaurant. I will never visit this location ever again. I thought I was being smart driving to Lincoln, instead of Roseville KFC, I was not.

Went through drive thru ordered original leg and thigh. Got two burned pieces of chicken hard as a rock and pretty much no meat. You need a magnifying glass ? to see the meat on the bones. Both pieces were extra small. $12 dollars down the drain. My dogs won’t even eat it. And the biscuit is hard as rock! Stale! Next time I go there (if I decide to try them again) I will ask for my refund! The restrooms need deep cleaning. Smells like urine in there ..almost choked! Surprised no one called the health dept!

I was at the Lincoln ca location. I went to other Sacramento locations and no one wanted to help me because I had a difficult request. A man named Esteban helped me. He fulfilled my request and was very kind and patient. Someone please give this man a big raise . He has great integrity and cares about others. I'll be doing all my big orders at this location from here on out.

Going to a potluck for Thanksgiving and I am not a cook. I decided to purchase the KFC Thanksgiving box. In total I paid about $110 and I'm totally satisfied.The turkey is between 12-14 pounds, the mash potatoes and mac and cheese are both 100 ounces and there are 12 biscuits. The mash and mac were pretty standard in regard to the taste, the turkey surprised my friends and I. Tender and juicy and had a really good flavor.This box alone was more than enough to feed at least a family of 4-6 and the price wasn't bad. I recommend to anyone who doesn't want to stress out about the cooking part of Thanksgiving.Happy Thanksgiving everyone.

Worst experience everDid not receive large cheese curds I was charged for family size meals,and did not order them I was givin two rootbeer. One of them was diet.employee could not say,and it was not marked anyway I drank the wrong one and can not have sugar of any kind.I'm diabetic!!72.00 freakin dollars later,and 439 blood sugar.THANK YOU KFC!!

We went to the KFC in Lincoln, CA for small family meal bucket. We asked for 2 breasts and 6 thighs original. They gave us excuse they couldn't give us that many thighs they would run short. It is 5:15 PM on a Saturday. Give me a break the dinner crowd hasn't even started coming in. We get home and the size of the thighs are dinky, a little bigger than wings. The Breast are not much bigger than the thighs. No, it was not original, not sure what it was supposed to be. The coleslaw is very watery. No napkins. Ok, Lincoln, KFC you are off are restaurant list forever.
My visit here today was a lot better than previous times. The food was delicious and worth the money wish they actually had the "frosty brewed Rootbeer" with real cane sugar but they removed the tap and they have the fountain drink machin.. sad.Overall the location looked great and staff was very polite, but my only concern was the very pretty lady that that served my order was wearing Black Crocs, Black Leggings, and Black workout style shirt nothing that said "I work for A&w or KFC". I feel this could be a safety concern and all employees should be following proper dress code.I wanna thank the working staff for the great service and great food much appreciated and love the change which also raised your star rating.

Place is a waste of time and money. The kids that work there don’t care they just want to hide behind the ovens and not attend to the customer. Came here 3 times and the customer service sucked each time. How about getting employees to do their job right.

Esteban I believe is the manager at KFC in Lincoln very cordial very professional. Ordered from the website app. Very unprofessional website misleading incorrect people at the store. Fantastic good people try to order directly or go in an order do not go through the app it will overcharge you under charging delete items. You will not know what you’re doing until you get it home. Seven people, Esteban, and his staff are fantastic.

This location cares more about their drive-thru numbers rather than you as the customer. Every time I visit this location regardless of what I ordered in the drive-thru I'm asked to pull up front where I wait between 8-15 minutes just so they can get me out of their line and make their drive-thru times look good. I had this happen today with absolutely no one in the drive-thru behind me because they had to wait for the "patties" to cook. This may be a corporate mandated thing that they push onto their franchises or it may not be, regardless, I will not be eating at this location ever again.
