“I am baffled at how the food can be this good and the prices still fit the budget. The cheesesteaks were tasty and overflowing. The burgers had so much flavor. The fries have always been just right. You can really taste the attention they give to what they do and they get right to it. There's barely any waiting and I've never seen a long line here. It's incredible and I hope they can keep it up.“

“This spot was a great pick for lunch! They were quick food was great and the place was clean. The customer service here is outstanding. I was unsure of the spicy Korean fries that they offered and after speaking with the gal who was taking my ordered decided to have the spice on the side. She also put the BBQ sauce on the side and gave me a ranch just incase I didn't like either. Someone offered me a refill and take my tray away! That has never happened to me at all fast food spot and I've been at other Shake Shacks. Definitely will be back if I work/visit the area.“

“We visited the Burger King at Iron Point in Folsom today, and honestly, it felt like stepping back into the days when fast food places truly cared about their customers. The restaurant was clean, the service was warm, and everyone seemed genuinely happy to help—something that has become surprisingly rare.
Special recognition to Marta, who was amazing! She paid attention to the little details, made sure we had everything we needed (napkins included!), and treated us with real kindness. It’s refreshing to see a team that still takes pride in good service instead of just doing the bare minimum.
These days, many fast food restaurants feel like they’re cutting corners everywhere they can. But this Burger King clearly values its customers and its staff, and it absolutely shows in the experience.
