“my adult son and I just walked in, sat down and we were going to order food for both of us and my son had a tea in hand and I had a coffee, we planned on being there for a while and poetically would have gotten drinks at some point. A tall skinny guy says to us across the room, you can't bring drinks in your have to leave. I said we were going to buy two meals, he says "doesn't change the rules!" in a snarky tone! Customer service is everything, does it really hurt anyone that we had a coffee and tea in hand? They just lost 2 meal purchases and now we will never come back here and when one person has a bad experience generally they tell about 24 people in general conversation. Anyone looking for a great coffee shop where they are welcoming to everyone no matter what go to Coffee Republic!!!“

They have a stamp card for coffee beans that will eventually get you a free bag, and if you use your phone number you get get rewards points for drinks! There was one occasion that I found the bamboo matcha whisk piece had broken off into my drink - didn’t love that - but all my other visits I have never had any issues with their drinks“

I dont come to often, but when I come the associates are very kind, thoughtful, patients and knowledgeable to be helpful when I am undecided what to get. One day my APP wasn't working and they offered me still to prep. my drinks and pay as soon the APP was available. That was very nice and the stress of me, because I was ordering for my friend too.
The food is like regular Starbucks food. Indoor & outdoor seating available. It is nice to see, that there is always one associate checking and cleaning up the outdoor seatings.
Parking on streets or in nearby parking garage within short walking distance available.

“This is one of the best Starbucks I believe there is in the greater Sacramento area. It is always a pleasure to come here in the evening and see the friendly smile of Amy. She always makes the very best tasting coffee and other sweet treats and always makes sure to compliment my new mustache styles! I hope that Amy stays at this Starbucks for a long time because it is truly one of the better parts of my life when I am able to receive such yummy coffee with amazing compliments and beautiful smiles.
