“I've been going to Bill's Donuts since I was a young kid, and I'm in my twenties now. This place has been around before my parents even moved to the area, which gives you an idea of how beloved it is by the community and what a staple Bill's is. The quality has never decreased, everything is always so delicious. The prices are also always so much more reasonable, in my opinion, than any other donut shop. I can't imagine Granite Bay without Bill's. I love their cinnamon rolls, and my family loves the apple fritters.“

The family that sat around the table were kind, but how on earth does a business like this stay open? 10:00 in the morning, opened until 2:00pn, and out of all donuts. I love that they always make the standards (old-fashioned, cake, and regular glazed, chocolate, or maple) and then more obscure get classic varieties like cinnamon sugar or blueberry cake.

If you are looking for some hoity toity hipster donut place where each doughnut is six dollars, has some cereal on it, and you have to eat it with a fork, this isn't your place.

Baker Ben's is where you go to get a standard donut you would get in Minnesota or Michigan served to you by really caring and considerate people at any time, day or night.

For a long while there, my wife and I had a standing rule that if we ever drove by Baker Ben's and there wasn't someone in there, that we would go in and get at least a donut each.
No matter what time of day it was.
What's crazy, is we would rarely ever go in based on this rule because there always seems to be at least one person ordering donuts no matter what time of day or night.

For us, the only two donut shops that exist in the Roseville area is Donuts and Cinnamon (really good too!) in Rocklin and Baker Ben's in Roseville.“

“Discovered this place by accident and decided to pop in. The lady there was so nice and let me try a matcha drink that was very tasty. they have an excellent menu of drinks and some baked goods that are health conscious and good for diabetics and Paleo type diets. Just think Starbucks without the 10,000 calories but all the flavor and even high nutrient value. Just stop in and check it out and I am confident you will be as happy as I was.“

They would start the order but did I also order the ‘birthday’ dozen for a $1? I hadn’t, but decided to. The manager said they would be free. Great! Then they said, “we did receive your order and have made it…would you like 3 dozen?” For sure!! Just got back from a week of camping…what a great treat. I dropped off a dozen to my brother and his family and another for our daughter and us to share one more dozen to give away! I LOVE DONUTS!! But… Thank you Krispy Kreme!“

“I went to the Duncan Donuts on Foothills blvd today to try the new hummus & avocado toast. First I thought they forgot to put the tomatoes on, so I went in to have it fixed. The young man I spoke with was very polite and went right away to fix it. While I was waiting I looked at the menu & realized that I had to ask for the tomatoes & that it cost more. They gave them to me without charge. The toast was delicious, especially the hummus toast. The tomatoes are definitely worth any additional price. I am very pleased with how well I was treated despite the mistake being mine.“
