“We used to come to this kiosk every so often, but haven't been by in a long time. We found ourselves in the area & were craving a cold treat to sip. We surveyed the menu that didn't have any visible pricing. We were able to use a Yelp check in offer to get $1 off. Our drinks were good & enjoyable. Little one liked her frozen hot chocolate. I liked how the iced mocha wasn't very sweet, and that the flavor of espresso wasn't overpowered by the chocolate. The Mexican mocha basically tasted like a mocha with cinnamon versus having a more unique flavor profile. I've always appreciated the complimentary chocolate covered espresso bean! I remember such congenial customer service in the past, but unfortunately it was just a very mundane, straightforward transaction with no added friendliness or banter as we waited.“
“As a parent of a kiddo with food allergies, finding places that provide safe experiences with minimal risk is huge for me. I felt 100% confident that the risk of cross contamination was very little today when I got my daughter a steamed apple juice. The ladies working had celiacs and another allergy, and went out of their way to take the extra steps to sanitize and have fresh jugs for my daughter. Thank you all for allowing her to have the opportunity to feel normal and have a Starbucks with mommy.“
“If it wasn’t for thecustomer service I received at this location by a male and female employee (wish I would have got their names), i would have given 2, maybe 3 stars. The staff on the night I went to this location were so friendly and patient. I expressed to them that I was not very fond with the new way of making blended beverages, They could have just said “sorry”, instead they listened, cared, and made one customer very happy :)“
“This is a looonnggggg overdue review for Vaneli's and its most hospitable manager and coffee expert Pong. Now as I rack my brain to recall the coffee names and blends, I regret not writing sooner.Vaneli's is a coffee roaster and distributer. It is not a coffee shop, but if the store isn't too busy, Pong will generously brew you samples of coffee. Being a coffee connoisseur, he will serve each sample in a new cup to keep the flavors pure and separate.I think we tried 4 or 5 different coffees. I knew that Rocklin Donuts & Cinnamon, 105 Noshery, and Pottery World Cafe all served Vaneli's coffee, so we tried all 3 of those.Rocklin Donuts & Cinnamon: Monster Italian105 Noshery: A blend of Italian Roast and French Roast???Pottery World Cafe: Blend of the Opera???Just ask the store which coffee bean your favorite restaurant uses.As we leisurely tasted our coffee, devoted customers came in, ordering 5 lb bags of their favorite coffee. One customer hooked his friends and coworkers on Classic Dark, so my best friend ended up buying that based on trust. I think that customer might have bought 15 lb of that coffee while we were there to distribute to his people! We had fun chatting with and learning from Pong and the various customers.My favorite was the Monster Italian, which is dark, sweet, and flavorful. It is also a bestseller.My friend, who prefers medium roast, liked Pottery World Cafe's coffee sample the most even though he didn't like it at the restaurant. We were told that the flavor difference may be due to the storage or age of the coffee bags.In addition, Vaneli's has won awards for its Classic Cremosa and Organic Hambela Wamena Natural.There's even a coffee named Elite Blend!You can find all sorts of coffee brewing equipment and supplies here. I bought a shot glass measuring cup to measure either 1 oz or 2 oz.Many thanks again to Pong and Vaneli's for sharing their coffee and wisdom!“

“We finally came here about 6 weeks ago, and I was the only one who got a cinnamon roll. Donuts were pretty good, but the cinnamon rolls are utterly delicious! We drove out of the way to buy for breakfast one morning when we had family stay over, that’s how good they are.“
