Another visit with a totally botched order.
How can a simple order of black tea, 2 pumps sweetener become an iced coffee which is making my stomach sick. I had to ask for my order after standing around for awhile.
I don't know why this order went so bad and I'm not happy about spending money to get the wrong drink which I'll end up throwing out!

Another customer got the wrong drink, though it was quickly remade.
