“The Caramel Ice Milk with Pudding is so good! I remember when I first had Purple Kow at Berkeley, and it's still as delicious. We also got some other milk teas and fruits teas to try as well, they were also super refreshing! They had these colossal size chicken nuggets (popcorn chicken). “Just like Newcastle produce I get excited when I see baked and brewed on the route sheet for our bicycle rides. The entire old Auburn area is really very eclectic. Baked and brew has a wide variety of baked goods, generous portion sizes and great coffee in an awesome staff. What's really especially good is that they have a lot of room to sit outside in the sun where you can warm yourself and enjoy your coffee and scone.“

“Today was my first experience with The Grove Coffee House and it didn’t disappoint. I had arrived at closing (as did a couple behind me) without realizing, and Cuma was especially inviting and kind. Not once did she mention a closing time until someone had asked, “Omg…are you guys closed right now?”- (which btw was already 15 min past closing). She smiled and said, “It’s totally not a problem. I’m happy to make a coffee for you.”. She took orders with a smile and proceeded to tell about her favorite products when asked. It was definitely not forced. She was literally happy to serve people. I invite any of you to find that at Starbucks.The atmosphere has a definite coffee house vibe with the pleasant addition of booths to sit in. The coffee and pastries are delightfully good, boasting Chocolate Fish coffee. There are some different types of lattes than I’ve seen elsewhere and several seasonal specials to choose from. I ordered a Baklava Latte and a lemon blueberry muffin (recommended!). I don’t live over in this area, but I’ll make another trip to The Grove for sure! “A cute spot we decided to check out when we picked up our pottery a couple doors down! Plenty of parking in the shopping center. There was nobody in line so we were able to walk right up to the counter to order. We decided on Thai Tea with boba and the Ladybug drink without boba. Both are very delicious, the Thai Tea being as expected although some of the boba was a bit harder than expected. I didn’t know what to expect with the Ladybug drink as I was looking for a low sugar option. It’s yummy, I got the lesser sugar option as the zero sugar option would have been more tart than I probably would have liked. The drink lady was very nice and knowledgeable about the drinks and how they might taste if less sugar was chosen. All the mango drinks were going to be sweet because of the premade mixes so I didn’t get any of them even though it’s exactly what I wanted! I’m satisfied. Our drinks were refreshing!“

And it was about 10:30 AM , I asked for something to keep me awake till about 11:30pm as I had a long day ahead of me. She didn't disappoint! I had a medium double torture with 3 expresso shots. You get the sense that the staff here are well taken care of and that reflects in the vibe and hospitality. They offer a lot of healthy options for those who don't eat meat, and lots of options for those who do. I ordered a salad and a coffee. The flavor of the coffee was amazing and you can taste the quality in the salad. Highly recommend.“

“The best boba place I've been to by far. The owners are very friendly and kind, employees as well! I absolutely adore the Honeydew smoothie, I get it pretty much every time I come in. However the strawberry coconut smoothie is also really good, it tastes exactly like those little ice cream cups with the wooden spoons I used to get in school! The boba is always really bouncy and tasty, seems to be freshly made regularly too!“

“As of last year, my team and I have been coming to Bayside Cafe for our regular meetings. What we love about the place is the comfortable chairs, great coffee and pastries, and the overall atmosphere! Located right off of Sierra college blvd and near Douglas which makes it very convenient. Being a businessman and always on the go, it is nice to find a great place for meetings.“

“I have been going through this coffee trailer for years now. The taste of the coffee is fresh because she roasts the coffee herself and uses organic beans. In the summer I have asked for the fruit smoothies, and they may not be as sweet as other places, because they are made with REAL FRUIT and not syrup which is far healthier than other choices. My favorite is the mango/coconut with banana added. I always order the English breakfast but request it put on a jalapeno bagel, it is cause for addiction so beware. I love the fact that there are two windows, people don't always read the sign and understand this even though it is clearly stated with a sign and hold up the line, which is the only inconvenience. I highly recommend this coffee experience for anyone that has not tried it yet.“
“I really want this to be the future of banking. It's so much more convenient and is at least attempting to function as a third place. I much prefer it over walking into a traditional bank branch. The staff are also really kind and easy going, and banks are usually so hit or miss in this regard. Plus, spots to work/study, delicious coffee and snacks, cozy couches. It's great. I just wish it wasn't inside the mall as I typically avoid them like the plague. I hope these become more common.“
“We used to come to this kiosk every so often, but haven't been by in a long time. We found ourselves in the area & were craving a cold treat to sip. We surveyed the menu that didn't have any visible pricing. We were able to use a Yelp check in offer to get $1 off. Our drinks were good & enjoyable. Little one liked her frozen hot chocolate. I liked how the iced mocha wasn't very sweet, and that the flavor of espresso wasn't overpowered by the chocolate. The Mexican mocha basically tasted like a mocha with cinnamon versus having a more unique flavor profile. I've always appreciated the complimentary chocolate covered espresso bean! I remember such congenial customer service in the past, but unfortunately it was just a very mundane, straightforward transaction with no added friendliness or banter as we waited.“
