“Today was the first visit I had and Edwin’s. I had to meet someone nearby and decided to go in to support. I wish I lived closer because Edwin’s is so wonderful!! The atmosphere is so warm and welcoming. The scones were gigantic and the pastries looked like anime food. I saw a menu board featuring bagel sandwiches that looked tempting. I decided to get one of each flavor of danish (raspberry, blueberry & blackberry). The crisp, tender layers in each bite are magical! The perfect balance of sweet and tart was on point. The juices from the berries carmalized the edges nicely. It was so nostalgic to have something so delightful that it reminded me of my great granny. I had a simple black Colombian coffee and it was a great pairing for the pastries. It was mild yet rich flavor. I’m looking forward to more visits.“

“Today we came here with our team to grab some coffee and go. My usual is a small hot latte. It was delicious. Loved the ambience in the store. Definitely will come back to sit and work. Later in the day stopped back in to try a sandwich. Did the Hot BLT. Didn’t get a photo, but it was really good. Defiantly recommend this place!“

“Its coffee and tea. Pretty plain and simple. The coffee i had was made perfectly. It was hot, steamy, and made very quickly. Ive only had Iced tea, but the tea ive had was on point and definitely NOT a let down! Good place, good staff, and sometimes a weird atmosphere.“

And even though I didn't get their signature drink kava, I can say for certain that it was a very, very friendly environment and the workers were more than happy to both. “Hard to believe I am writing a review for a food trailer in front of a Home Depot, but it was so good, so here we are. I was walking out and wanted a quick bite before hitting the road, so I thought I'd grab a hotdog, but then I saw someone else at their picnic table having what looked like a huge pastrami sandwich, and indeed it was, it was their reuben. Since the Max's at Holiday Inn is no longer a real Max's you can't get a good corned beef or Pastrami sandwich there anymore. You know what? Who cares? The reuben from Brew To Go was absolutely piled high with pastrami and it was delicious! Weird recommendation, but seriously. You want an absolutely killer sandwich? Go to Home Depot in Auburn :) Also the service was great and super friendly.“

“This is one of my favorite bakeries and I plan to get my birthday cake from them this year.

The bakery tends to be busy as its a very popular spot. My sister loves their coffee as they do blueberry or blackberry lattes with other fun flavors too! Personally I love their cake of the week, because I get to try new unique flavors I've never heard of before. One of my favorites was their strawberry margarita cake but i havent seen it as the cake of the week again since i first saw it unfortunately :/

Sometimes the cake of the week can be a bit dry or not hit the spot- but the 90% of the time the flavors are unique with thr texture and moisture being just right! Plus it allows for seasonal flavors- like rge mandarin cake during the fall ( a must try with all the local mandarin farms in the area )

Since its often busy there are a lot of staff to meet the demand of the near constant flow of customers and if you're lucky you might get to enjoy some people watching and good natured joking among them. Thry are very pleasant and effiecient at what they do.“
