“A ride a bicycle, a lot… When I look at the route sheets for the various clubs that I ride with attend to pick ones that stop at Newcastle produce. It's hard to describe this place without using very positive flowery words. Everything they have is great, produce, mind-boggling array at the deli counter, indoor and outdoor seating, a wide array of craft sodas… The worst thing about this place is trying to decide what you want to eat!“
“My husband and I first tasted their Petite Sirah at one of our favorite restaurants. I was absolutely blown away with how excellent this wine was. So much so, that I found the winery, joined the wine club and ordered a case of this wine. I have now enjoyed one each selection of the last shipment and again, so impressed with the quality of wine. I was born and raised on a ranch that had 40 acres of wine grapes and have been enjoying good wines for over 50 years. Dono dal Cielo is the real deal. Fine wines for medium prices. Good people and excellent wine makers.“
“LOVE this place!! Just got THE BEST smoothie I've ever had today! Food is okay, coffee is pretty good, smoothies are fantastic, but the people that work there make this place so worthwhile! The girl that helped me today was so nice, and that has been my experience every single time! Go support this place, you definitely won't regret it! ? “
“Grabbed a seat at the bar with a couple of friends and Lauren, who was absolutely awesome, helped us out. She took us through a flight of their drink offerings and gave us food suggestions. She really understands taste. Some of the drinks (hard kombucha, seltzers, sours) might be a little experimental by conventional standards, but the quality was all around excellent, and we left feeling both light and satisfied.“
“Always extremely busy, clean surroundings and bathrooms. Large variety menu drinks and food and ?. Parking kinda tight. We got 2 medium shakes cost over 27.00 . That was shocking ?. If your having a full meal with drinks and you have family plan on over 50.00.Parking: Small but in shopping center so could park away and walk to.“
“This is a terrific family owned business! The food and service is always top notch and the vibes are amazing, and they have an ALLSTAR MVP behind the counter, she’s the best!!! Even hours later the food is delicious (my sandwich) highly recommend“
“Definitely a favorite location. Family friendly and just a lovely place to spend an afternoon with friends. The beer and cider is very good and the pizza is excellent. Nothing beats a good beer with good company while sitting around the lake watching the kids interact with the ducks.“
“The best of the best. Fantastic ambiance, excellent service, wonderful food and drink. Our go to order is the avocado toast. I'm obsessed with the olive tapenade on it! My kids are huge fans of the chocolate puff and the cinnamon rolls. Stop in, stay for a while.“
“My husband and I stopped by on St. Patty's Day (for the Lobster Truck) - I'm typically not much of a beer drinker but I think GB Brew may have just changed that. I seriously fell in love with the Sour Seduction. The other brews I had were very tasty but the Sour Seduction definitely was my #1 and we even brought some home for another day. The atmosphere was very family oriented and the bartenders were knowledgeable and friendly. I will definitely be picking up more beer for our stay-cation and just to have on hand. We were also super shocked on just how affordable the beers were, an awesome added bonus! ??“
“This place was amazing! Great gyro sandwiches and the Nutella crepes are delicioso. The cheese pizza was a miss, but the rest of the food easily made up for it.Forgot to mention - the owner is patient and kind - we too forever to order, and he just waited for us without a fuss.“
“Preaching to the choir for all of you regulars, the food here is delicious. For those of you, the never ate here and are curious be assured you will be well fed for a pittance. This is good quality cheap eats. Ate seated in the covered patio. It's basic. Family friendly. You don't want to bring a first date here if you plan to impress the person with your impeccable style and taste. But if your date is a foodie, just come, no need to dress up fancy. Bambie had the ahi tacos. I had the Oaxacan green mole' with chicken plate. Fresh and flavorful, plentiful, plated pretty. With one beer this feast cost all of $40. Had food left after I was stuffed for take home snack tonight. Family owned, friendly folks, casual. Recommended!“
“Huge community establishment. Always greeted with friendly smiles. They use locally made beans from Vaneli. Smooth black coffee is my go to and Vanelis beans give a premium taste! Bru gave itself an upgrade in the last year! Upgraded some seating options to expand the small space for visitors. There's even a private room now open for use. The patio is my favorite. Plenty of seating options and plenty of shade. Outlets available on the long bench with pillows.“

“Found Wtcr after the other independent I wanted to go to was too busy. Super good lavender latte, not too lavendery, plus a mocha half sweet was excellent too. Very nice employees, cute space and fancy pastries made in house looked too good to eat. Maybe that next time.“
“Rappe Family Vineyards - Auburn We were on our way to another winery and passed the entrance to Rappe Family Vineyards. We decided to turn around and enter the vineyard after looking at the excellent ratings. We were not disappointed. We came to learn that the winery is fairly new to the area. Clearly it is nice addition to the Auburn area. Their tasting room is set up in a large tent during the winter months and outside next to the vineyard during the summer. The hosts were excellent. For such a young winery they offered excellent wines. It should not be surprising since the founder Tom Rappe has spent his career in the wine industry. Each individual tasting is free with the purchase of a bottle of wine. We had the same nice experience in Napa 25 years ago. We loved our tasting. Absolutely worth a visit.“
“Their fruit basket cake is absolutely amazing! Every single time I bring it to a party everybody loves it. And I personally do not like cake, but I love this one. Their bread is extremely popular and their sandwiches are really good if your dining in.Parking: Parking can be a bit of a nightmare. There’s only street parking in the street is somewhat busy.“
“Happy we stopped here!We did two wine tastings and a wine slush. Per the server recommendation, we did half rose half Zinfandel and it did not disappoint! We mostly loved that it was not overly sweet, a perfect balance. To top it off their fall decor was a nice touch! Also, they have different events going on such as live music, we’ll definitely be back to check them out!“
“Started coming here a few months back and haven’t stopped ever since. The drinks are A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! My goto is the classic rice and yogurt. But do not be afraid that they only have yogurt options. My girlfriend is not a fan of yogurt and they have more than enough variety to keep her satisfied. Her goto is the mango slush, or the mango pomelo. Whatever you get, you won’t be disappointed!“
“My husband and I stopped here today for lunch as we were craving a good hot dog. I forgot to order fries…when the manager came to the table with our food and I realized my mistake, he came back with a large basket of fries “on the house.” I was super impressed with the food, the service and the kindness! Thank you for an exceptional experience.“
“Just like Newcastle produce I get excited when I see baked and brewed on the route sheet for our bicycle rides. The entire old Auburn area is really very eclectic. Baked and brew has a wide variety of baked goods, generous portion sizes and great coffee in an awesome staff. What's really especially good is that they have a lot of room to sit outside in the sun where you can warm yourself and enjoy your coffee and scone.“
“This was a great accidental find! I was with friends checking out Loomis and we decided to stop at this winery. So fun! Think neighborhood bar where everyone is welcome. I'm not a big wine drinker but I enjoyed the Rose. It was fruity, fresh, and crisp. They sell charcuterie. The fun part is they had a snack table . People put snacks on a table and everyone was welcome to help themselves. They had a live band. We sang to the music, danced, and cheered. The building was rustic and the atmosphere was layed back. They had a projector shining onto the wall and people watched the football game. I'm coming back for out sure!“
“Very nice outdoor seating. Service at the bar was great ! Food truck today was great. Sliders and fries were the best. Recommend Miss Conduct for a great amber beer. Very busy today cause it was 70 and a beautiful day. Ya might have to park on the street but it’s not bad. Plenty of room for seats.“
“Who doesn't love Dutch Bros? I think the fun atmosphere the employees work in makes the coffee taste better, personally. If you're ever having a bad day, just go. You'll feel better just by being around their lightheartedness.Parking: In a large strip mall parking lot with two drive thru'sWheelchair accessibility: Easy to roll on up to the outdoor window and make an order“
“Love me some kneedeep and today did not disappoint. Hannah was our beertender and she was ah-mazing!So friendly and helpful.... offering all kinds of new beers to try and suggestions... nothing like your neighbor moonraker (who are not very friendly the couple times I have been). I will always support kneedeep! Love you guys! Thank you. Keep up the incredible brewing.“
“Wine bars are cool. They are a place to discover new and exclusive wines. To enjoy live music. To be in an adult environment without kids running around. If you took a date to one, they'd be impressed. What sets Platinum Wine Lounge apart from the rest of the wine bars, is their individuality and the intelligence of the wine list. This modern wine lounge is a great happy hour date spot. They offer a range of wines from well-known California and international wineries. Happy hour is Tuesday-Friday 3 to 6 pm. There is also live music on Friday and trivia night on Tuesday. I would recommend a couple of couches, instead of the arm chairs, for the couples that want to get cozy. IG: SACRAMENTOHONEY“
“It took me a year or two to finally try this place after they replaced RT at the same location. I'm glad I finally did. The best way to describe this place is it's exactly like round table from the 80's and 90's. By that I mean, the toppings are real recognizable produce, the pizza is delicious and the all you can eat salad bar is spot on. The only thing missing is street fighter stand up game in the corner. Very nice family that runs it, they couldn't be more friendly or happy you're there.“
“What. A. Find. Traveling to Reno and I-80 is closed so we stopped and stayed in Auburn. Walked over to this hole in the wall Mexican joint and stumbled upon a gem. I travel to Baja frequently and this place is as good, and definitely as authentic, as any restaurant I've been to in Mexico. The soups were over the top. My wife went with the chicken tortilla and the portion was a meal in itself. The prices were so good, I figured that the portions must be small, so I went a la carte with a Baja fish taco (the only so-so item), a cheese enchilada (excellent) and chili rellenos (the best I've ever had, no exaggeration.) The locals know the place, but if you're traveling through, stop here, you won't be disappointed. The only downside to the meal was it was so much food that I didn't get to try the homemade flan.“
“Really good grilled cheese and tomato bisque. They can make everything vegan but we did real cheese on their fresh sourdough bread from a local bakery. Organic green salad comes with. Matcha latte unsweetened was hearty with real milk but alternative mills available Seating inside for 20 inside and outside more seating Nice staff and simple space“
“This was my first time having Firehouse Pizza. I had the Hawaiian Extreme & Firehouse. I have to say, I was very impressed and the pizza was delicious. It's hard for me to rate a pizza 5 stars but this place definitely deserved it. The ingredient were fresh, the dough was perfectly cooked and I had 6 slices! I usually only eat 4, but couldn't help myself.I also wanted to compliment the homemade ranch and the warm cookie was fire! The service was great and they welcomed us with a friendly smile. The ambiance was nice and you can see them making the pizzas. It was open and you can tell they keep everything very clean.“
“Exceptional food at the lake! Outstanding burgers (had the Cowboy and fries). A single order of fries is good for 4 people. It's great to have this place at the concession stand at Granite Bay. No more well done frozen 1/4 lb beef patties from a bag or chips with warm cheese sauce. Real gourmet food! Plus you can grab food off their floating food pontoon boat right from the water if you don't want to walk up to the shack. Fantastic concept and a great move by the CA Dept of Parks to outsource the food to a legit vendor!“
“Always a huge fan of the quality at The Range Kitchen. staff is wonderful and provides wonderful service, and of course the food is delicious. It's a good balance of relaxed "next door" atmosphere, with a top quality menu and preparation. Try the Elk medallions if they're on the menu! I appreciate the seasonal rotation so there is frequently something new to enjoy.“
“We were looking for a new place to try and Ciotti came up when searching wineries. We drove up and there is plenty of parking. We were greeted right away and told about their wine tasting. We tasted all of the wines on their list and since it was a bit warm we decided on a white wine and we had brought some snacks so headed outside. There is a large outdoor seating area and the day we were there we were treated to some good ole rock n roll. The staff and the owner are very nice and the people there were so friendly. You can bring your dog as many people had their pets with them. They also offer slushies and a small amount of food. The slushies were very tasty. This is one of our new favorite hangouts. Our dog enjoyed meeting other dogs and people. There is also a winery dog.“
“My favorite stop in Placer County! This winery is just right with a mix of being: family owned with a personal touch that make you feel like a part of the family there! It is also the perfect place to take friends and family members because there is so much open seating, where you could look out on the winery as the train goes past or sit in some adirondack chairs playing cards. Additionally, if you are into wine but have not found your spot yet, I recommend doing the Placer County Wine Trail in the area!“
“What a pleasure to have such happy, delightful employees who enjoy their jobs. They were so helpful, and it made the experience so much better. And it was about 10:30 AM , I asked for something to keep me awake till about 11:30pm as I had a long day ahead of me. She didn't disappoint! I had a medium double torture with 3 expresso shots. So delicious! Dutch Brothers beats that other coffee place by a mile! When you stop by, tell them I said, "Hey! and God bless!"“
“This is, IMO, the best brewery in the Sacramento area! Not only do they brew consistently good beer, they're always collaborating with breweries around the state and the country, supporting and promoting great beer of all kinds. The staff is friendly and helpful, and there's a relaxing vibe here. Long live Moksa!“
“Around the holiday season, I help plan an event for about 250 field employees, the struggle is... it's an early morning event starting at 5:45/6am. We booked Messy's for breakfast burritos and they had 3 options. Messy's was impressively prepared, delicious and efficient. Communication was great and service was friendly even early in the morning! Pricing was competitive and everything was straightforward. We received a few other quotes from local companies that I'm sure are delicious, but Messy's was professional with communication and invoice structure making the booking process seamless and assuring. Will definitely be using them in the future.“
“Lunch, 12:30-2:00. Very polite service. Don't think of this as together with Mexican, come in for their lunch buffet to try a lot of new things. Also try the chicha morada drink, it's like a fruit punch.Kid-friendliness: Crayons and coloring, kids menus, the usual.“
“The best of this place is the beer of course because they brew excellent beer. The kitchen works very hard and the staff are very friendly. I ordered the burger rare and it did indeed come rare and it was delicious. Often people don't want to cook you a rare Burger but Auburn AleHouse will cook you a rare effing Burger and it's delicious!“
“I would give 11 out of ten stars if I could. The food was incredible. It actually brought a smile to my face. The Reuben was the best thing I have eaten in a long time as it brought back many memories from my time in Germany. The server was fabulous in every way except by tricking me with his accent which was a fun game. The atmosphere was rustic and authentic. I appreciated the relaxed seating and the lack of noise which allowed me to talk to my husband without having to raise my voice. I would come here again and am planning to come back soon.“
“What a hidden gem in Auburn. The coffee specialty drinks come out at exactly the right pace. The entire place has a great feel and the folks servicing are very nice. Drink makers are artisits and there is upstairs and downstairs seating. Overall a great experience.“
“A cute spot we decided to check out when we picked up our pottery a couple doors down! Plenty of parking in the shopping center. There was nobody in line so we were able to walk right up to the counter to order. We decided on Thai Tea with boba and the Ladybug drink without boba. Both are very delicious, the Thai Tea being as expected although some of the boba was a bit harder than expected. I didn’t know what to expect with the Ladybug drink as I was looking for a low sugar option. It’s yummy, I got the lesser sugar option as the zero sugar option would have been more tart than I probably would have liked. The drink lady was very nice and knowledgeable about the drinks and how they might taste if less sugar was chosen. All the mango drinks were going to be sweet because of the premade mixes so I didn’t get any of them even though it’s exactly what I wanted! I’m satisfied. Our drinks were refreshing!“
“I feel this place is going downhill just like all the other breweries in the Sacramento area. It's not their fault cost of brewing beer I am sure have sky rocketed and because we are in a recession or maybe a depression no one has money. Thanks Joe“
“I'm go here for brunch whenever I can. The food is always amazing. My cousin did order the chicken fried steak and took a bite and it was disgusting though. We all tried a little bit of it. I wasn't even sure it was steak. It tasted like bad seafood and was so foul I didn't want to swallow it. Our waitress saw that hardly any got eaten and didn't offer to take it off. My cousin isn't one to necessarily complain and it was her birthday.. but if someone orders a chicken fried steak for their meal and doesn't eat it then I'd hope they would question it a little more. The mimosas are beautiful and tasty but small serving size for the price. Despite these small negatives I def will continue coming here and bringing new people but I just won't ever order the CFS. This place is amazing other than that and I will continue to tell people about it.“
“First time there and loved it! Dog friendly so had a nice patio seat. They even brought Scar a bowl of rice, chicken, egg. Human food was great. Love the battered fries and the veggie burger was one of the best. Greek salad also very good. Great beer selection. Friendly staff and good service. We'll return soon.“
“Adorable little spot and the service was exceptional. I haven't tried tea much and they went out of their way to help my friend and I decide what we would like and even let us sample before we bought. Plus, my tea was DELICIOUS! I'll definitely be back.“
“I have been coming here for about (2 years) 5 years for pastries. Never really got lunch or anything because of timing and in a hurry. Today however it just worked out where I had to grab something to eat. Of course I did still grab multiple pastries. I mean why not I was there? I grabbed their cob salad and OMG it was the best salad I have eaten out in many years! Ekkk wow! ? thanks guysHave tried several foods now and all are amazing!“
“Bloom is amazing! The atmosphere is very fresh clean and comfortable - staff is very nice and accommodating. You get the sense that the staff here are well taken care of and that reflects in the vibe and hospitality. They offer a lot of healthy options for those who don't eat meat, and lots of options for those who do. I ordered a salad and a coffee. The flavor of the coffee was amazing and you can taste the quality in the salad. Highly recommend.“
“Came here to check it out and grab drinks to see that the neighbourhood would be like. Was up here checking out houses . Walked in on sunday around 12:45pm and was greeted right away when we walked it. We were offered menus right away and it all looked so good. They offer American fusion Japanese food. We will have to come back and try the food another day. It's was nice to atmosphere with music in the background but lots of people chatting. This place.“
“My family stopped here for lunch one day as we were driving through Rocklin. We didn’t know much about the store let alone the cafe. Boy were we pleasantly surprised. We all had some type of sandwich and they were delicious and huge! Our server was also extremely pleasant and anticipated our needs. What a great place!“
“Exactly what you’d hope for chai! Have been visiting since opening day and was a purchaser prior to the cafe opening.Chelsea and Josh provide a cozy environment with eclectic and creatively sourced decor. The food is top notch and unlike anything else available in the area, near or far.Special shout out to the coffee when not having the chai… it’s incredible and hard to come by another cup from elsewhere that compares. For the chai lovers, this is a special gift. Perfect level of sweetness without feeling like syrup. The boldness of the fresh herbs and spices are a beautiful balance to whatever milk of your choosing is paired with.Busy most days and certainly worth the wait. Thank you Chelsea, Josh & family for bringing this gem to our sweet town.“
