The (2) chicken enchilada combo had rolled corn tortillas and melty cheese smothered in rich red rojo sauce. The carne asada tacos were juicy and tender, and the bistec ranchero had tender beef and fresh vegetables. The made-to-order Aguachiles were bright, spicy, and fresh. The quesabirria tacos were hearty and satisfying. The restaurant makes corn tortillas, huaraches, and sopes by hand. Complimentary homemade chips come with a smoky-style salsa. There are chalkboard specials with items like caldo de res. The ambiance is clean, quaint, and functional, with a gorgeous mural outside. One downside is the bathrooms are outside. Customer service is friendly and helpful.
